บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: ตรวจสอบความตรงและความเที่ยงของแบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวสำหรับใช้ในเยาวชนไทย ฉบับภาษาไทย
วิธีการศึกษา: การวิจัยแบบภาคตัดขวางเพื่อพัฒนาเครื่องมือให้เป็นฉบับภาษาไทย ใช้ข้อคำถามจากต้นฉบับภาษาอังกฤษชื่อ Brief Family Relationship Scale (BFRS) มี 19 ข้อคำถาม เป็นแบบประเมินมาตราส่วนประมาณค่าที่มีตัวเลือก 4 คำตอบ ระยะแรกเป็นการแปลเครื่องมือและประเมินความเข้าใจในความหมายและความเหมาะสมของภาษา ระยะที่สองเป็นการตรวจสอบคุณภาพของเครื่องมือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นเยาวชน อายุ 11 - 18 ปี ในภาคเหนือ ภาคกลาง ภาคใต้ และภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 201 คน ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของ
ข้อคำถาม ความสามารถในการจำแนกโดยใช้เทคนิค 25% ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างด้วยการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจและวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยัน วิเคราะห์ความตรงเชิงเหมือน และหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาค
ผลการศึกษา: ข้อคำถามมีอำนาจจำแนกดี 19 ข้อ ข้อคำถามที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับคะแนนรวมทั้งฉบับ r≥0.4 มี 19 ข้อ สัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคมีค่า 0.89 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงสำรวจมี 3 องค์ประกอบที่มีค่าไอเกนมากกว่า 1 ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนช่วยเหลือกันในครอบครัว การแสดงอารมณ์ความคิดความรู้สึกต่อกันในครอบครัวและความขัดแย้งในครอบครัว น้ำหนักองค์ประกอบมีค่า 0.51 - 0.82 ร้อยละของความแปรปรวนที่สามารถอธิบายได้เท่ากับ 52.7 การวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบเชิงยืนยันของโมเดลที่ใช้พิสูจน์คือ cohesion, expressiveness, และ conflict ตามต้นฉบับ พบว่าโมเดลมีความกลมกลืนกับข้อมูลเชิงประจักษ์ (χ2= 71.74, df = 110, GFI = 0.97, AGFI = 0.94, RMSEA = 0.000) ความตรงเชิงเหมือนระหว่าง BFRS และแบบวัดการทำหน้าที่ของครอบครัว พบมีความสัมพันธ์กันระดับสูง (r=0.85, p< .001)
สรุป: แบบประเมินสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวของเยาวชนมีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างสอดคล้องกับทฤษฎี และมีความเชื่อถือได้ในระดับสูง จึงสามารถใช้เป็นเครื่องมือวัดสัมพันธภาพในครอบครัวของเยาวชนไทย
