บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาทัศนคติของผู้ป่วยจิตเวชต่อการมีนักศึกษาแพทย์ในกระบวนการรักษาและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการยินยอมให้มีนักศึกษาแพทย์อยู่ด้วย
วิธีการศึกษา: เป็นการสำรวจภาคตัดขวางในผู้ป่วยนอกจิตเวช โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีจำนวน 320 คน โดยให้ผู้ป่วยตอบแบบสอบถามด้วยตนเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติเชิงอนุมาน
ผลการศึกษา: ผู้ป่วยประมาณร้อยละ 90 ยินยอมให้นักศึกษาแพทย์ร่วมอยู่ด้วยระหว่างการรักษา ผู้ป่วยส่วนใหญ่เห็นความสำคัญของการเรียนรู้จากผู้ป่วยจริง รู้สึกมีคุณค่าเมื่อได้เป็นผู้ป่วยให้นักศึกษาแพทย์เรียนรู้ ไม่รู้สึกถึงผลกระทบเชิงลบของการมีนักศึกษาแพทย์ต่อเวลาและคุณภาพของการรักษาที่ได้รับ นอกจากทัศนคติเหล่านี้ การมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีและรู้สึกสบายใจเมื่อปฏิสัมพันธ์กับนักศึกษาแพทย์ล้วนเป็นปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการยินยอมให้มีนักศึกษาแพทย์ร่วมอยู่ด้วย
สรุป: ผู้ป่วยจิตเวชส่วนใหญ่มีทัศนคติที่เป็นบวกต่อการมีนักศึกษาแพทย์ในกระบวนการรักษา ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์ต่อการยินยอมให้มีนักศึกษาแพทย์ร่วมอยู่ด้วยคือการมีทัศนคติที่เป็นบวกและมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีกับการมีนักศึกษาแพทย์อยู่ด้วย
