บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างระดับการรับรู้ตราบาปในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มโรคจิตเภทกับผู้ป่วยกลุ่มโรคทางอารมณ์ที่ไม่มีอาการโรคจิต และศึกษาปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระดับความรู้สึกมีตราบาป
วิธีการศึกษา เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง (cross sectional descriptive study) เก็บข้อมูลจากผู้ป่วยกลุ่มโรคจิตเภทและกลุ่มโรคทางอารมณ์ที่ไม่มีอาการโรคจิต ระหว่างเดือนกรกฎาคม 2561 - กุมภาพันธ์ 2562 จำนวนกลุ่มละ 30 ราย โดยใช้แบบบันทึกข้อมูลส่วนตัวทั่วไป ร่วมกับแบบวัดการรับรู้ตราบาปภายในใจตนเองของการมีภาวะเจ็บป่วยทางจิต (ฉบับภาษาไทย) และวิเคราะห์ความแตกต่างค่าการรับรู้ตราบาประหว่างกลุ่ม โดยใช้สถิติ independent-sample t-test หาความสัมพันธ์ของปัจจัยเกี่ยวข้องกับระดับการรับรู้ตราบาปโดยสถิติวิเคราะห์ไคสแควร์ และวิเคราะห์หาปัจจัยที่สามารถอธิบายความแตกต่่างของระดับการรับรู้ตราบาปได้โดย multiple logistic regression
ผลการศึกษา คะแนนการรับรู้ตราบาปของผู้ป่วยทั้งสองกลุ่มอยู่ในระดับต่ำ โดยกลุ่มโรคทางอารมณ์มีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 2.42 ± 0.29
คะแนน และกลุ่มโรคจิตเภทมีคะแนนเฉลี่ย 2.39 ± 0.32 คะแนน ซึ่งไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.64) ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติการรับรู้ตราบาปในระดับที่ต่ำ ได้แก่ การมีคู่สมรสในปัจจุบัน (p = 0.03) และกลุ่มวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนปลาย (อายุุมากกว่า 40 ปี) (p = 0.04) แต่จากการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับพบว่า การมีคู่สมรสในปัจจุุบันเป็นปัจจัยเดียวที่สามารถอธิบายความแตกต่างของระดับการรับรู้ตราบาปได้อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (p = 0.04)
สรุป ผู้ป่วยทั้งสองกลุ่มไม่มีความแตกต่างของระดับการรับรู้ตราบาป โดยมีการรับรู้ตราบาปที่อยู่ในระดับที่ต่ำ ซึ่งสัมพันธ์กับการมีคู่สมรสในปัจจุบัน และกลุ่มผู้ป่วยในวัยผู้ใหญ่ตอนปลาย อย่างไรก็ตามการมีคู่สมรสในปัจจุบันเป็นเพียงปัจจัยเดียวที่สามารถอธิบายความแตกต่างของระดับการรับรู้ตราบาปได้
