บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อหาความชุกของนักศึกษาที่มีความเครียดและปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดในนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปรีคลินิกและชั้นคลินิกศูนย์แพทยศาสตรศึกษาชั้นคลินิก โรงพยาบาลราชบุรี
วิธีการศึกษา
รูปแบบการศึกษาเป็นการศึกษาแบบตัดขวาง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือแบบวัดความเครียด กรมสุขภาพจิต (SPST-20) และแบบสอบถามเพื่อหาสาเหตุของความเครียด ทำการเก็บแบบสอบถามในนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 2 ถึง ชั้นปีที่ 5 ศูนย์แพทยศาสตรศึกษาชั้นคลินิก โรงพยาบาลราชบุรี ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในปีการศึกษา 2563 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยโปรแกรม IBM SPSS statistics 26 รุ่นทดลองใช้โดยหาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่า p-value
ผลการศึกษา
งานวิจัยนี้ได้เก็บแบบสอบถามจากนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปีที่ 2- ชั้นปีที่ 5 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนในปีการศึกษา 2563 พบความชุกของนักศึกษาที่มีความเครียดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.41 จากการทำแบบวัดความเครียด กรมสุขภาพจิต (SPST-20) และปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความเครียดอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติในนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นปรีคลินิก ได้แก่ ปัจจัยด้านการเรียนและครอบครัว ในนักศึกษาแพทย์ชั้นคลินิก ได้แก่ ปริมาณเนื้อหาที่มาก จำนวนชั่วโมงเรียนต่อวัน การสอบที่มีระดับความยาก และสภาพหอผู้ป่วย และพบว่าปัจจัยด้านการเรียน ด้านการสอบ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่งผลให้เกิดความเครียด
สรุป
งานวิจัยนี้พบว่าความชุกของนักศึกษาที่มีความเครียดคิดเป็นร้อยละ 70.41 ปัจจัยด้านการเรียน ด้านการสอบ ด้านความสัมพันธ์ ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ส่งผลให้เกิดความเครียด ดังนั้นการที่ทราบปัจจัยที่ส่งผลให้เกิดความเครียดเป็นสิ่งที่สำคัญ เพื่อเป็นแนวทางการดูแลช่วยเหลือและร่วมกันหาแนวทางลดความเครียด เพื่อป้องกันภาวะซึมเศร้าและการฆ่าตัวตาย
