ปัญหาสุขภาพจิตกับการเล่นการพนันของผู้รับบริการ สายด่วนสุขภาพจิต 1323

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัญหาสุขภาพจิตกับระดับปัญหาจากการพนัน ในผู้รับบริการสายด่วนสุขภาพจิต 1323
วิธีการวิจัย เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ผู้ที่โทรเข้ามาปรึกษาที่บริการปรึกษา สุขภาพจิต 1323 ด้วยปัญหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการเล่นการพนัน ในช่วงเดือนเมษายนถึงเดือน ธันวาคม 2557 จำนวน 79 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยใช้วิธีการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการศึกษา วิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ แบบประเมินปัญหาพนัน (problem gambling severity index) จำนวน 9 ข้อ และ แบบสอบถามสุขภาพทั่วไป (general health questionnaire) ฉบับ 12 ข้อ และแบบสัมภาษณ์ แบบกึ่งโครงสร้างซึ่งผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นเอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ Chi-square test
ผลการวิจัย พบว่าปัญหาสุขภาพจิตกับระดับปัญหาการจากพนันมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 ทั้งนี้จากการวิเคราะห์ปัญหาสุขภาพจิตของผู้เล่นการพนัน ในรายข้อพบว่าผู้ที่มีปัญหาจากการพนัน จะมีปัญหาสุขภาพจิตในด้านสมาธิ ปัญหาการนอน รู้สึกเครียด รู้สึกไม่มีความสามารถในการเอาชนะปัญหา รู้สึกเศร้าหมอง ไม่มีความมั่นใจ และไม่มี ความสุขจากข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพที่ได้ นอกจากนี้การสัมภาษณ์ พบว่ายังในกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ยังเล่น การพนันให้เหตุผลว่าใช้การเล่นการพนันเพื่อเป็นการผ่อนคลาย และยังหวังจะได้เงินจากการ พนัน สำหรับผู้ที่สามารถเลิกเล่นการพนันได้แล้วได้ให้ข้อมูลว่า ปัจจัยสำคัญที่เลิกพนันได้ เนื่องจากเลิกเพื่อคนที่รัก และเห็นผลเสียจากการพนัน
สรุป ปัญหาสุขภาพจิตมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับระดับปัญหาการจากพนัน ดังนั้นข้อมูล ด้านสุขภาพจิตจึงเป็นประโยชน์ที่สำคัญต่อการจัดบริการเกี่ยวกับปัญหาพนัน
