การแปลแบบข้ามวัฒนธรรมและการศึกษาคุณสมบัติการวัดทางจิตวิทยาของแบบประเมิน Aberrant Behavior Checklist-Community (ABC-C) ฉบับภาษาไทย

บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อทำการศึกษาคุณสมบัติการวัดทางจิตวิทยาของแบบประเมิน Aberrant behavior
checklist-community (ABC-C) ฉบับภาษาไทยโดยผ่านการแปลแบบข้ามวัฒนธรรม
วิธีการศึกษา การศึกษานี้เป็นการแปลเครื่องมือ Aberrant behavior checklist-community (ABC-C)
ตามหลักการแปลเครื่องมือแบบข้ามวัฒนธรรม โดยหลังจากการแปลเครื่องมือแบบไป-กลับ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญ
ทั้งทางด้าน จิตเวชเด็กและวัยรุ่น และ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการแปลภาษาอังกฤษจะประชุมกัน
เพื่อแก้ไขเครือ่ งมือโดยพจิ ารณาใหมี้ความเทียบเท่ากัน (equivalence)ใน 4 ดา้ นไดแ้ ก่ ด้านความหมาย
(semantic), ด้านสำนวน (idiomatic), ด้านประสบการณ์ (experential) และ ด้านแนวคิด (conceptual)
และเมื่อผ่านการทดลองนำไปใช้ (cognitive debriefing) เครื่องมือ ABC-C ฉบับภาษาไทยก็จะถูกนำ
ไปทดสอบเพื่อหาค่า internal consistency, inter-rater reliability, test-retest reliability และ
concurrent validity ด้วยวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลในผู้ป่วยออทิสติกและสติปัญญาบกพร่องจำนวน 40 ราย
โดยผู้สังเกตการณ์ 2 คนทำการสังเกตพฤติกรรมของผู้ป่วยพร้อมกันเป็นเวลา 1 ชั่วโมงเพื่อลดอคติที่
เกิดจากประสบการณ์เดิม
ผลการศึกษา พบว่าเครื่องมือ ABC-C ฉบับภาษาไทยมีค่า internal consistency อยู่ในระดับสูง
(α = 0.922) และ มี inter-rater และ test-retest reliability อยู่ในระดับสูงด้วยเช่นกัน [ICC = 0.90 (95%
CI: 0.81-0.95) และ ICC = 0.92 (95% CI: 0.86-0.96)]และเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเครื่องมือ Clinical
global impression-severity scale (CGI-S) เพื่อหา concurrent validity โดยพบว่าเครื่องมือทั้งสองมี
ความสัมพันธ์เชิงบวกในระดับสูง (r = 0.87; p < 0.01)
สรุป เครื่องมือ ABC-C ฉบับภาษาไทยเป็นเครื่องมือที่มีคุณภาพ และสามารถนำไปใช้ได้ทั้งในงานบริการ
และงานวิจัยในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มดังกล่าว
