บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อศึกษาความชุกและปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคลมชัก
โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี
วิธีการศึกษา เป็นการศึกษา cross-sectional descriptive study เก็บข้อมูลในผู้ป่วยอายุ
10-18 ปีและผู้ปกครองที่ได้รับการวินิจฉัยโรคลมชักที่หน่วยตรวจผู้ป่วยนอกกุมารเวชศาสตร์
โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดีในช่วงเดือน ตุลาคม-ธันวาคม พ.ศ. 2560 จำนวน 92 ราย เก็บข้อมูลทั่วไป
ของผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว ประวัติความเจ็บป่วย ประวัติทางด้านจิตสังคม และแบบคัดกรองภาวะ
ซึมเศร้า Children’s Depression Inventory (CDI) ในผู้ป่วยอายุ 10-15 ปี และ Center for
Epidemiologic Studies-Depression Scale (CES-D) ในผู้ป่วยอายุ 15-18 ปี วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล
ด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา chi-square test และ t-test
ผลการศึกษา ผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคลมชักทั้งหมด 92 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 14.56 ปี (SD = 2.75) พบภาวะ
ซึมเศร้าร้อยละ 22.85 (ผู้ป่วยโรคลมชักอายุ 10-15 ปี มีภาวะซึมเศร้าร้อยละ 28.3 และผู้ป่วยโรค
ลมชักอายุ 15-18 ปี มีภาวะซึมเศร้าร้อยละ 17.4) ในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคลมชัก 15-18 ปีพบปัจจัยที่
สัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของมารดาที่ต่ำกว่าชั้น
มัธยมศึกษา (p=0.014)
สรุป ความชุกภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ป่วยเด็กโรคลมชักอายุ 10-18 ปีพบได้ ร้อยละ 22.85 โดยใน
ผู้ป่วยโรคลมชักอายุ 15-18 ปี พบว่าปัจจัยทางด้านจิตสังคม ได้แก่ ระดับการศึกษาของมารดา
สัมพันธ์กับภาวะซึมเศร้าในผู้ป่วยกลุ่มนี้ ควรมีการพัฒนาระบบการดูแลรักษาผู้ป่วยอย่างมี
ประสิทธิภาพและครอบคลุมทั้งผู้ป่วยและครอบครัว
