บทดัดย่อ: รายงานผู้ป่วยทารกแรกคลอด เกิดภาวะเม็ดเลือดแดงแตก (HDN) โดยมีสาเหตุมาจาก ลกi-E ทารกเพศหญิงกำเนิดจากมารดาที่ถูกกระตุ้นให้สร้างแอนติบอดีย์จากการตั้งครรภ์ครั้งก่อน ทารกมีอาการตัวเหลืองเมื่ออายุ3 วัน ผลตรวจ direct antglobulin test ให้ผลบวก และผล eluate จากเม็ดเลือดแดงของทารก พบ ant-E ซึ่งตรงกับผลตรวจหาแอนติบอดีในชีรันชีรั่มของมารดา ทารกได้รับการรักษาด้วย phototherapy เป็นเวลา 8 วัน จึงหายเป็นปกติและกลับบ้านได้ ถึงแม้ว่ารายงานการตรวจพบ ani-E มีน้อย แต่ก็สามารถทำให้เกิดภาวะ HDN ที่พบในทารกของครอบครัวคนไทย
