บทคัดย่อ: ผู้ป่วยชายไทย อายุ 48 ปี อาชีพรับจ้าง ได้รับการวินิจฉัย non-Hodgkin's Ivmphoma large cell type, stage IV W mesenteric lymph nodes waะ bone marrow ผู้ป่วยได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีาบัด (cyolobhos phamide, doxorubicin, vincristine และ prednisolone) 6 ครั้ง จนได้ complete remission (bone marrow ไม่พบ lymphoma cell) ต่อมาผู้ป่วยได้รับการทำ autolologous peripheral stem cell transplantation le high dose cyclophosphamide uat granulocyte colony stimulating factor (G-CSF) เพื่อ mobilization เซลล์ต้นกำเนิดเม็ดโลหิต (hematoboietic stem cells) หลังจากนั้นได้ high dose reaimen ซึ่งประกอบด้วย busulfan และ cyclophosphamide ผลการรักษา ผู้ป่วยมี engraftment (absolute neutrophil count aาnกว่า 500/mI ติดต่อ กัน 3 วัน) ที่ day 9 แต่มีภาวะแทรกช้อนได้แก่ pseadomonas septicemia, shock uati acute renal failure ต้องรักษาใน ICU และได้รับการทำ bemodialysis แต่ต่อมาอาการดีขึ้นเป็นปกติ ถือว่าเป็นรายแรกของกอายุรกรรม
โรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า ที่ได้รับการรักษาด้วยวิธีดังกล่าวเป็นผลสำเร็จ
