การศึกษาหาอุบัติการณ์ของการเกิด Pulmonary Embolism หลังจากการทำ Hemiarthroplasty ของข้อสะโพก

บทคัดย่อ: การศึกษานี้เป็นการศึกษาหาอุบัติการณ์ (incidence) ของการเกิด pulmonary embolism หลังจากทำ cemented hemiarthroplasty ของข้อสะโพก ในโรงพยาบาลพระมงกุฎเกล้า โดยศึกษาแบบ prospective study ผู้ป่วยที่เข้ารับการศึกษาเป็นผู้ป่วยที่มี bacture neck of femur และได้รับการรักษาโดย cemented hemiarthroplasty โดยไม่ได้รับ anticoagulant prophylaxis ผู้ป่วยแต่ละคนได้ทำ preoperative perfusion lung scan และหลังจากผ่าตัดแล้วทำ postoperative perfusion lung scan ในวันที่ 7 หลังจากการผ่าตัด นอกจากนี้ยังได้บันทึก ปัจจัยเสียงต่อการเกิด pulmonary embolism ไว้ด้วย เมื่อน่า preoperative perfusion lung scan lac postoperative perfusion lung scan ให้การวินิจฉัยว่าเกิด pulmonary embolismorn จาการศึกษานี้พบว่ามี pulmonary embolism เกิดขึ้น 1 ใน 20 คน (5%) และเป็น asymptomatic pulmonary embolism ไม่ผู้เสียชีวิตจาก pulmonary embolism สำหรับ risk factors ที่พบ คือ คือ อายุมาท (>60 ปี) และมี vaniose vein
