บทคัดย่อ: โคลน 5C4 เป็นเซลล์สายพันธุ์ ที่ผลิต monoclonal ant-C 3d ที่ถูกคัดเลือกไว้ เนื่องจากให้ความแรง (ไตเตอร์) ความจำเพาะเจาะจง (Specitcity) ดีทุกขั้นตอนของการทดสอบกับ C 3 coated RBC (C3b , C3d ) ทั้ง in vitro และ in vivo โดยเจือจาง anti-C3d หา dilution ที่เหมาะสม (เจือจางที่ 1/300) ซึ่งได้ลองผสมกัมกับ Rabbit anti-human IgG serum เพื่อเตรียมเป็นน้ำยา anti-human globulin สำหรับศึกษาประสิทธิภาพทั้งความแรงและความจำเพาะเจาะจง เปรียบเทียบกับน้ำยา Rabbit anti-human globulin (AIIS) ของศูนย์ฯและน้ำยา AHS ของต่างประเทศ 2 บริษัท พบว่ามีประสิทธิภาพดีเทียบเท่ากัน การศึกษานี้ทำให้พบว่า moboclonal and-C3d จากสายพันธุ์ 5C4 เหมาะสมที่จะนำมาเทียมเป็นน้ำยา AHS แทน ant-C3d ที่เดิมเตรียมจากซีรัมกระต่าย
