บทคัดย่อ: รายงานผู้ป่วยเด็กชายไทย อายุ 13 ปี มารับการรักษาด้วยอาการไอเป็นเลือด ปวดศีรษะและตุ่มใต้ผิวหนังประมาณ 2 สัปดาห์ก่อนมาโรงพยาบาล ตรวจร่างกายและตรวจทางห้องปฏิบัติการพบ ซีดและก้อนเนื้องอกกระจายตามผิวหนัง ปอด สมองและกระดูก karyotype ของเชลล์จากไขกระดูกพบ 47, XXY เข้าได้กับ Klinefelter syndrome (KS) ผลทางพยาธิวิทยาของก้อนใต้ผิวหนังพบ cytotrophoblast และ syncytial trophoblastic giant cells ระดับ
beta-human chorionic gonadotropin (B-HCG) = 6,384 mI.U./mL เข้าได้กับ choriocarcinoma ผู้ป่วยได้รับการรักษาด้วยยาเคมีบำบัดหลายชนิดร่วมกันและมีอาการดีขึ้น pure choriocaroinoma เป็น primary germ cell tumor ที่พบได้ประมาณร้อยละ 15 ของ extragonadal germ cell tumor และ ประมาณร้อยละ 30 ของ germ cell tumor ที่พบใน Klinefelter syndrome รายงานนี้เสนอให้เห็นถึงความเกี่ยวข้องของ nonseminomatous subtype ของ germ cell tumor กับผู้ป่วยเด็ก Kinetelter syndrome และทบทวนบทความฟื้นฟูทางวิชาการต่างๆ เกี่ยวกับการwบ extragonadal germ cell tumor ในผู้ป่วยโรคนี้
