การประเมินประสิทธิภาพของน้ำยา ant-D ในการตรวจหมูโลหิต R&D

บทคัดย่อ : ได้ทำการศึกษาน้ำยา ant-D ทั้งหมดจำนวน 11 ตัวอย่างจาก 10 บริษัทและที่ผลิตโดยศูนย์บริการโลหิตแห่งชาติ สภากาชาดไทย เพื่อดูประสิทธิภาพในการใช้ตรวจหมูใลหิต Rh(D) โดยศึกษาหาความแรง ความเร็ว ความจำเพาะ และความสามารถในการตรวจเซลล์ weak D anigen และเซลล์ DVI พบว่าน้ำยา anti-D ทั้งหมดให้ผลความแรงและความเร็วได้มาตรฐานตามที่ WHHO กำหนด คือ มีความแรงมากกกว่า 1:64 กับเซลล์ R12 และความเร็วในการเกิดปฏิกิริยาให้เห็นภายใน 60 วินาทีด้วยวิธี side test น้ำยา ant-D ส่วนใหญ่ สามารถตรวจเซลล์ weak D antigen จำนวน 20 ตัวอย่างได้ทั้งหมด สำหรับเซลล์ DVI จำนวน 7 ตัวอย่าง น้ำยก anti จาก 2 บริษัทไม่สามารถตรวจเซลล์ DVI ได้เลย ขณะที่อีก 2 บริษัท สามารถตรวจเซลล์ DVT ได้ทันทีที่อุณหภูมิห้อง ลถย-D อีก 6 บริษัทรวมทั้งของศูนย์บริการโลหิตฯ ต้องตรวจด้วยวิธี Indirect antiglobulin test (LAT) จึงจะตรวจเซลล์ DVT ได้ โดยสรูปน้ำยา anti-D จากบริษัทต่างๆ จะมีประสิทธิภาพในการตรวจเซลล์ พอลk D และ DVI แตกต่างกันไปและยังพบว่าเซลล์เหล่านี้บางเซลล์ให้ผลการตรวจเป็น Rb/D) บวก ด้วยน้ำยาจากบริษัทหนึ่งแต่ให้ผลเป็น Rb(D) ลบ จากน้ำยาอีกบริษัทได้ จึงมีความจำเป็นที่จะต้องประเมินประสิทธิภาพของน้ำยา ant-D เพื่อตัดเลือกให้เหมาะสมในการนำมาใช้ในการตรวจ Rh(D) ของผู้บริจาคโลหิตและผู้ป่วย
