Abstract

Abstract: Hypereosinophilic syndrome is defined as the presence of prolonged eosinophilia without an identifiable underlying cause and with evidence of end-organ dysfunction. We report a case diagnosed as hypereosinophilic syndrome. The patient presented with cerebellar infarction and had endomyocardial fibrosis. The patient improved after corticosteroid treatment.
