Abstract

Abstract: A fourteen-month-old boy presented with fever, sore throat and conjunctivitis with leukokoria at left eye. Physical examination revealed intraocular mass and retinal detachment of left eye. The computerized tomography of eyes showed scleral thickening, cloudy of vitreous humors and lipid mass of left eye. Because of blindness and intraocular mass, the enucleation of left eye was performed and the histology was compatible with coats'disease. The differential diagnosis and literature reviews were discussed.
