การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์สภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษาตามแนวทศพิธราชธรรม และพัฒนากลยุทธการบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษาตามแนวทศพิธราชธรรม กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วย เอกสารการบริหารงาน กิจการนิสิตนักศึกษา หลักทศพิธราชธรรม และการวางแผนกลยุทธ์ จำนวน 133 ฉบับ สถาบันอุดมศึกษาของรัฐและเอกซน 6 แห่ง นิสิตนักศึกษา ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ และบุคลากร รวม 570 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้โนการศึกษาประกอบด้วย แบบวิเคราะห์เอกสาร แบบสำรวจสภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษา และแบบสอบถามการบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษาตามแนวทศพิธราชธรรม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเบื้องต้นโดยใช้การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาลาระ สถิติเชิงบรรยาย และใช้เทคนิค SWOT

ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สภาพการบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษาของสภาบันอุดมศึกษามีการนำ "ทศพิธราชธรรม" ประกอบ ด้วยหลักธรรม10 ประการ คือ ทาน ศึล ปริจจาคะ อาซ'ซวะ มัททวะ ตบะ อักโกธะ อวิหิงสา ขันติ และ อวิโรธนะ มาใช้ในการบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษาในระดับไม่สูงสุดหรือยังไม่เต็มเปี่ยม และกลยุทธ์การบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษา ตามแนวทศพิธราชธรรมที่พัฒนาขึ้นประกอบด้วย 5 กลยุทธ์ มีกลยุทธ์ระดับองค์กรหรือกลยุทธ์หลัก 1 กลยุทธ์ ศึอ กลยุทธ์ การน้อมนำหลักทศพิธราชธรรมเพื่อการบริหารงานกิจการนิสิตนักศึกษา และมีกลยุทธ์รองหรือกลยุทธ์ระดับแผนงาน 4 กลยุทธ์ ได้แก่ 1) กลยุทธ์การพัฒนานิสิตนักศึกษา 2) กลยุทธ์ส่งเสริมกิจกรรมนิสิตนักศึกษา 3) กลยุทธ์การเสริมสร้างความพร้อมโน การศึกษา และ 4) กลยุทธ์การทำนุบำรุงศิลปวัฒนธรรม

Abstract

The objective of this descriptive research were to analyze the student affairs administration and todevelop the administraiion strategies based on Royal Virtues. The sample composed of 133 papers related tostudent affairs administration, Royal Virtues, and strategic planning, 6 governmental and private universities/colleges and 570 students / administrators/ instructors/student personnel. Instruments used were documentaryanalysis, student affairs administration checklist, and student affairs administration questionnaires. Data wereprimarily analyzed using content analysis, descriptive statistics, and SWOT analysis.

Findings revealed that royal virtues, comprising Dana (charity), Sila (high moral character), pariccaga(self-sacrifice)' Ajjava (honesty), Maddava (kindness, gentleness), Tapa (setf-control), Akkodha (non-anger),Avihimsa (non-violence)' Khanti (tolerance), and Avirodhana (conformity in law),were were parly used by thestudent affairs administrators. The resulting strategies composed of five policy-level strategies. A principlestrategy was the adoption of the Royal Virtures in student affairs administration. The other four strategies were1) the student's development strategies; 2) the student's activities strategies; 3) the student,s readiness inlearning strategies; and 4) the promotion and conservation of arts and culture strategies.
