บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา (Descriptive Research) มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุตรดิตถ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ นักศึกษาพยาบาลศาสตร์ ชั้นปีที่ 1-4 ภาคการศึกษาที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 337 คน เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบวัดเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลของเพลินตา พรหมบัวศรี จำนวน 55 ข้อ แบ่งเป็น 6 ด้าน คือ ด้านการยอมรับในสังคม ด้านลักษณะวิชาชีพด้านการปฏิบัติงานในวิชาชีพ ด้านการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ด้านความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ และด้านองค์กรในวิชาชีพวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียวและการทดสอบเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า

1. นักศึกษาพยาบาลวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุตรดิตถ์ มีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดี โดยนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 1, 2 และ 3 มีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 มีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า นักศึกษาพยาบาลมีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาล ด้านความก้าวหน้าในวิชาชีพ ด้านลักษณะวิชาชีพ ด้านการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์กับผู้อื่น ด้านองค์กรในวิชาชีพ และด้านการยอมรับในสังคม อยู่ในระดับดี ส่วนด้านการปฏิบัติงานในวิชาชีพอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง

2. นักศึกษาพยาบาล ชั้นปี 1 - 4 วิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชชนนี อุตรดิตถ์ มีเจตคติต่อวิชาชีพการพยาบาลแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01

ABSTRACT

A descriptive research study was used to examine attitude toward the nursing profession ofnursing students of Boromarajonani College of Nursing, Uttaradit. The sample consisted of 337 - first toforth year nursing students who studied in the first semester in academic year 2010. Data were collectedby using attitude toward the nursing profession of nursing students’ scale of Plernta Prombuasri thatcontained 55 items 6 sector such as; social acceptance, professional characteristics, nursing practice,relationships with others, career development and nursing organization. The data were analyzed by usingfrequency, percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, One Way ANOVA and Scheffe,s test. Themajor finding was as following;

1. On the whole, nursing students ofBoromarajonani College of Nursing, Uttaradit hadgood attitude toward the nursing profession. Ingeneral first-year, second-year and third-yearnursing students had good attitude toward thenursing profession, while forth-year nursingstudents had moderate attitude toward the nursingprofession. When considering attitude toward thenursing profession in each sector, nursing studentshad good attitude toward the nursing profession incareer development, professional characteristics,relationships with others, nursing organization andsocial acceptance, while moderate attitude towardthe nursing profession in nursing practice.

2. Statistically, attitude toward the nursingprofession by among first to forth year nursingstudents were significant different at p < .01.
