การรับรู้ของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกในการทำสัมผัสแบบเนื้อแนบเนื้อระหว่างมารดากับทารกหลังคลอด : การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : การสัมผัสแบบเนื้อแนบเนื้อในห้องคลอดเป็นจุดเริ่มต้นสำคัญของการสร้างสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก สะท้อนถึงความรักและความผูกพัน อีกทั้งอาจช่วยลดความเครียดผ่านกลไกการกำกับความเครียดของมารดาและทารก
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อศึกษาการรับรู้ของมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกต่อการสัมผัสแบบเนื้อแนบเนื้อระหว่างมารดากับทารกภายหลังคลอด
วิธีการวิจัย : การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพแบบพรรณนา ผู้ให้ข้อมูลเป็นมารดาวัยรุ่นครรภ์แรกภายหลังการคลอดปกติ ณ โรงพยาบาลแห่งหนึ่ง จำนวน 15 คน คัดเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงและเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจนกระทั่งข้อมูลอิ่มตัว โดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์กึ่งโครงสร้าง และวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงประเด็น
ผลการวิจัย : พบประเด็นสำคัญ 7 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างความผูกพันในระยะแรกคลอด 2) การบรรลุบทบาทความเป็นมารดา 3) การบรรเทาความทุกข์ทรมานภายหลังคลอด 4) การเกิดความมั่นใจในความปลอดภัยของทารก 5) การยอมรับตนเองและการให้อภัย 6) การสนับสนุนทางการพยาบาลและการสื่อสารเชิงคลินิก และ 7) การเสริมพลังมารดาในการเลี้ยงลูกด้วยนมแม่ โดยประเด็นทั้งหมดสามารถเรียบเรียงเป็นอักษรย่อ “EMBRACE”
สรุปผล : ผลการวิจัยสามารถนำไปใช้เป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาแนวทางส่งเสริมการสัมผัสแบบเนื้อแนบเนื้อระหว่างมารดากับทารกทันทีภายหลังคลอด เพื่อเสริมสร้างสัมพันธภาพระหว่างมารดาและทารก ตลอดจนส่งเสริมให้มารดาวัยรุ่นมีความมั่นใจและมีความพร้อมในการปฏิบัติบทบาทมารดา
