สมรรถนะ และบทบาทของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการจัดการเบาหวานในชุมชน

บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : โรคเบาหวานเป็นปัญหาสาธารณสุขระดับโลกที่รุนแรงและซับซ้อนขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง โรคนี้เป็นสาเหตุสำคัญของการเสียชีวิต และสร้างภาระค่าใช้จ่ายด้านสุขภาพ ในประเทศไทยพบความชุกเพิ่มขึ้นเช่นกัน
จึงจำเป็นต้องพัฒนากลยุทธ์การจัดการโรคที่เน้นการป้องกันและการดูแลต่อเนื่องในชุมชน รวมถึงแนวทางของโรคเบาหวานระยะสงบ ซึ่งมุ่งควบคุมระดับน้ำตาลให้ใกล้เคียงปกติ โดยไม่ต้องมีการใช้ยา
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาเชิงลึกเกี่ยวกับสมรรถนะและบทบาทของผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการจัดการเบาหวานโดยชุมชน
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพนี้ ศึกษาในผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสีย จำนวน 30 คน ผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการจัดการเบาหวานโดยชุมชน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ สถาบันอุดมศึกษา หน่วยบริการปฐมภูมิ ประธานและกรรมการชุมชน และผู้เข้าร่วมโครงการ เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลด้วยการสัมภาษณ์เชิงลึก การสนทนากลุ่ม วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยการวิเคราะห์เชิงเนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย : ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียในการดำเนินโครงการแบ่งออกเป็น 4 กลุ่ม ได้แก่ ชุมชน บุคลากรสุขภาพ วิชาการและประสานงาน และกลุ่มสนับสนุนด้านการเงิน ซึ่งแต่ละกลุ่มมีบทบาทแตกต่างกันในการขับเคลื่อนโครงการ ทั้งด้านการนำ การดูแลรักษา การอำนวยความสะดวก และการสนับสนุนงบประมาณ โดยสมรรถนะสำคัญที่เอื้อต่อความสำเร็จของโครงการ ได้แก่ ภาวะผู้นำ ทัศนคติกว้างไกล ความเชี่ยวชาญในวิชาชีพ และศักยภาพด้านการสนับสนุนเงินทุน
สรุปผล : ปัจจัยสำคัญที่ทำให้โครงการจัดการโรคเบาหวานโดยชุมชนประสบความสำเร็จ เกิดจากการทำงานร่วมกันของทุกฝ่าย โดยผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียมีบทบาทที่ต้องรับผิดชอบและสมรรถนะที่แตกต่างกัน ทำให้สามารถขับเคลื่อนโครงการได้อย่างยั่งยืน
