บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : โรคหลอดเลือดสมองเป็นสาเหตุการเสียชีวิตที่สำคัญ โดยมีโรคความดันโลหิตสูงเป็นปัจจัยเสี่ยงหลัก การส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพจึงมีบทบาทสำคัญในการช่วยให้ผู้ป่วยสามารถดูแลตนเองและป้องกันการเกิดโรคได้
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ทางสุขภาพในการป้องกันโรคหลอดเลือดสมองในผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : เป็นการวิจัยเชิงปฏิบัติการ มี 4 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การวางแผน การปฏิบัติ การประเมินผล และการสะท้อนผล บนพื้นฐานของแนวคิดการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน เก็บข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณในกลุ่มผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูง จำนวน 33 คน และข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพจากผู้นำชุมชน อาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน และบุคลากรสาธารณสุข วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลดวยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์ เนื้อหา
ผลการวิจัย : ผู้เข้าร่วมมีความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพในระดับมาก (𝑥̅=3.86) และมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพระดับมาก (𝑥̅=3.65) โดยเฉพาะด้านการรับประทานยา (𝑥̅=4.71) ผลการวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพพบว่ารูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นเหมาะสมกับบริบทของชุมชนและการส่งเสริมความเข้าใจในการดูแลตนเอง
สรุปผล : รูปแบบการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพร่วมกับการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนสามารถยกระดับความรอบรู้และพฤติกรรมป้องกันโรคของผู้ป่วยโรคความดันโลหิตสูงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
