บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : การเพิ่มขึ้นของประชากรผู้สูงอายุในประเทศไทยอย่างรวดเร็วส่งผลกระทบต่อโครงสร้างทางสังคมและระบบสาธารณสุข การเตรียมความพร้อมของกลุ่มวัยก่อนสูงอายุจึงมีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งต่อการรองรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงโครงสร้างประชากรและคุณภาพชีวิตในอนาคต
วัตถุประสงค์ : เพื่อวิเคราะห์ความสัมพันธ์และอิทธิพลของปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุของประชาชนในพื้นที่ตำบลแห่งหนึ่ง จังหวัดปทุมธานี
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ประชาชนอายุ 40-59 ปี จำนวน
367 คน จากพื้นที่ตำบลแห่งหนึ่ง ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเป็นระบบ เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุ ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลด้วยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และการวิเคราะห์
การถดถอยเชิงพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย : กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง
(𝑥̅=2.38±0.54) โดยด้านจิตใจและจิตวิญญาณมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงที่สุด (𝑥̅=2.72) และด้านสุขภาพร่างกายน้อยที่สุด (𝑥̅=2.18) ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ การสนับสนุนทางสังคม (β=0.318, B=0.235) การรับรู้ความสามารถของตนเอง (β=0.275) การเข้าถึงแหล่งบริการสุขภาพ (β=0.168) และทัศนคติต่อการเป็นผู้สูงอายุ (β=0.155) โดยปัจจัยทั้งสี่ร่วมกันสามารถทำนายการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุได้ร้อยละ 39.9 (Adjusted R²=0.399, p<0.001)
สรุปผล : การเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อเข้าสู่วัยผู้สูงอายุอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แนะนำให้พัฒนาโปรแกรมส่งเสริมที่เน้นการสร้างเครือข่ายสนับสนุนทางสังคม เสริมสร้างการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเอง ปรับปรุงการเข้าถึงบริการสุขภาพ และสร้างทัศนคติเชิงบวกต่อการสูงอายุ
