ประสบการณ์การเป็นแม่ของวัยรุ่น Experiences in becoming a teenage mother

บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบรรยายประสบการณ์การเป็นแม่ของวัยรุ่น โดยศึกษาประสบการณ์ของแม่วัยรุ่นที่พาบุตรมา
รับวัคซีนในหน่วยบริการสุขภาพเด็กดี (Well baby clinic ) ของโรงพยาบาลระดับปฐมภูมิแห่งหนึ่ง ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพตามแนวคิดเชิงปรากฏการณ์วิทยา(Phenomenology) เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลในเดือนเมษายน ถึง เดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ.2555 โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก (In-depth interview) ร่วมกับการสังเกตพฤติกรรม (Observation) ของแม่วัยรุ่น จำนวน 10 ราย วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลตามแนวทางการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลของโคไลซ์ซี ่ ใช้วิธีการในการสร้างความน่าเชื ่อถือของข้อมูลตามแนวทางของ Guba and Lincoln’s ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แม่วัยรุ่นมีประสบการณ์ใน 3 ประเด็น ได้แก่ 1) การสร้างครอบครัวใหม่ และ 2) พยายามให้สิ่งที่ตนเองไม่เคยได้รับแก่ลูก และ 3) จะไม่ยอมให้ประวัติศาสตร์ซำรอย ผลการวิจัยครั ้งนี ้ทำให้ผู้ที ่เกี ่ยวข้องเข้าใจความหมายของประสบการณ์ของ
แม่วัยรุ่น ซึ ่งเป็นประโยชน์ในการพัฒนารูปแบบการให้บริการ และเป็นข้อมูลพื ้นฐานที ่สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ในการศึกษาวิจัยต่อไป

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the experience in becoming a teenage mother in
well-baby clinic at primary care hospital in Pathumthani province.The descriptive phenomenological  approach was implemented to collect and analyze data from a purposively selected sample of 10 teenage mothers. In-depth interviews and observations were used. The data collection and analysis occurred simultaneously from April to October, 2012. Colaizzi’s method for gaining phenomenological was used. Guba and Lincoln’s criteria were applied to ensure trustworthiness. Three main issues emerged from the data analysis, 1) establishing a new family 2) providing for their children, and 3) preventing of repeated history.
The findings of this study lead to basic understanding of the experiences of teenage mothers. This understanding is useful to develop health service concepts and provide basic information for further research.
