บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : โรคต้อกระจกเป็นปัญหาที่พบบ่อยในผู้สูงอายุ การรักษาที่สำคัญคือการผ่าตัดต้อกระจก ซึ่งอาจนำไปสู่ภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังผ่าตัดหากขาดการดูแลที่เหมาะสม การจัดการรายกรณีผ่านแอปพลิเคชันเป็นแนวทางที่สามารถช่วยส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลตนเองของผู้สูงอายุได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ลดความเสี่ยงต่อการเกิดภาวะแทรกซ้อนของผู้สูงอายุหลังผ่าตัดต้อกระจก
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาผลของแอปพลิเคชันการจัดการรายกรณีต่อพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนของผู้สูงอายุที่ได้รับการผ่าตัดต้อกระจก
วิธีการวิจัย : การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงกึ่งทดลอง (Quasi-experimental research design) ใช้รูปแบบทดสอบก่อน-หลังการทดลอง (Two-groups pretest-posttest design) ผู้สูงอายุอายุตั้งแต่ 60 ปีขึ้นไปที่มารับการผ่าตัดต้อกระจก ณ โรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง ในเขตภาคกลาง เป็นกลุ่มทดลอง 45 ราย และกลุ่มควบคุม 45 ราย เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และแบบสอบถามพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังได้รับการผ่าตัดต้อกระจก วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ความถี่ ร้อยละ สถิติทดสอบไคว์แสควร์ และสถิติทดสอบที
ผลการวิจัย : ผู้สูงอายุที่ใช้แอปพลิเคชันการจัดการรายกรณีมีคะแนนพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนหลังการทดลองสูงกว่ากลุ่มควบคุมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.001) และมีคะแนนสูงกว่าก่อนทดลองอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.001)
สรุปผล : พยาบาลสามารถใช้แอปพลิเคชันการจัดการรายกรณีเพื่อส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการป้องกันภาวะแทรกซ้อนของผู้สูงอายุหลังผ่าตัดต้อกระจก เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดูแลต่อเนื่อง
