บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : จำนวนประชากรของประเทศไทยคาดว่าจะลดลงในอนาคตเนื่องจากความตั้งใจมีบุตรของประชาชนลดลง ซึ่งอาจจะมีผลต่อการพัฒนาประเทศ ดังนั้นการรับรู้ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อความตั้งใจมีบุตรของประชาชนจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการวางนโยบายส่งเสริมการมีบุตร
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย : เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยและระดับของปัจจัยที่มีอิทธิพลต่อความตั้งใจมีบุตรในอนาคตของนิสิต Gen Z มหาวิทยาลัยแห่งหนึ่ง วิทยาเขตพัทลุง
วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย : การศึกษาเชิงพรรณนา เก็บข้อมูลออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง อายุระหว่าง 20-27 ปี จำนวน 239 ราย ใช้แบบวัดทัศนคติ การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง การรับรู้ความสามารถควบคุมพฤติกรรม และความตั้งใจมีบุตรที่มีค่าดัชนีความสอดคล้องระหว่างข้อ 0.860, 0.833, 0.867, และ 0.867 ตามลำดับ มีค่าดัชนีความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาโดยรวม .848 และสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าของครอนบาคแสดงค่าความเชื่อมั่นแบบวัด .893 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยสถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสมการถดถอยพหุคูณ
ผลการวิจัย : ความตั้งใจมีบุตรมีความสัมพันธ์ด้านบวกปานกลางกับทัศนคติและการคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง และกับการรับรู้ความสามารถควบคุมพฤติกรรมระดับมาก ทัศนคติ (β=.164, p<.05) การคล้อยตามกลุ่มอ้างอิง (β=.238, p<.01) และการรับรู้ความสามารถควบคุมพฤติกรรม (β=.168, p<.05) สามารถทำนายและร่วมกันทำนายความตั้งใจมีบุตรได้ ร้อยละ 21.10 (R2=0.211, F = 21.008, p<.001)
สรุปผล : หน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องสามารถนำผลการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ส่งเสริมประชากรกลุ่ม Gen Z ให้มีความตั้งใจต่อการมีบุตรในอนาคต โดยเสริมสร้างบุคคลให้มีทัศนคติด้านบวก มีการสนับสนุนจากกลุ่มอ้างอิง ที่จะส่งผลต่อการรับรู้ความสามารถควบคุมพฤติกรรม เพื่อช่วยเพิ่มความตั้งใจของผู้จะเป็นบิดามารดาต่อการมีบุตรให้สูงขึ้น
