บทคัดย่อ
วัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างสัมพันธภาพระหว่างเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนกับครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก สภาพอารมณ์เครียดของครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก ประสบการณ์การสอนของครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก ประเภทครอบครัวของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน และพื้นฐานทางอารมณ์ของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน กับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน
วิธีการวิจัย: การวิจัยเชิงความสัมพันธ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก มารดาและบุตรวัยก่อนเรียน อายุ 1-4 ปี ในสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็ก อำเภอเมือง จังหวัดชลบุรี จำนวนกลุ่มละ 98 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกข้อมูลทั่วไป แบบสอบถามสัมพันธภาพระหว่างเด็กกับครู สภาพอารมณ์เครียดของครู ประสบการณ์การสอนของครู ประเภทครอบครัวของเด็ก พื้นฐานทางอารมณ์ของเด็ก และแบบบันทึกพฤติกรรมความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน
ผลการวิจัย: เด็กวัยก่อนเรียนมีคะแนนความความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 8.87 (SD = 6.66) ปัจจัยด้านสัมพันธภาพระหว่างเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนกับครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก มีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 (r = -.20, p<.05) ส่วนสภาพอารมณ์เครียดของครู ประสบการณ์การสอนของครู ประเภทครอบครัวของเด็ก และพื้นฐานทางอารมณ์ของเด็ก ไม่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจากของเด็กวัยก่อนเรียน
สรุปผล: เพื่อลดความวิตกกังวลจากการพรากจาก ผู้บริหารสถานรับเลี้ยงเด็กและผู้ที่มีหน้าที่ที่เกี่ยวข้องในการดูแลเด็กควรส่งเสริมสัมพันธภาพระหว่างเด็กวัยก่อนเรียนกับครูพี่เลี้ยงเด็ก
