การพัฒนานวัตกรรมหุ่นจำลองเต้านมและการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านโภชนาการ เพื่อป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านม ในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน

การวิจัยและพัฒนาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการใช้นวัตกรรมหุ่นจำลองเต้านมและการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านโภชนาการเพื่อป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านมในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน 2) เพื่อประเมินผลการใช้นวัตกรรมหุ่นจำลองเต้านมและการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านโภชนาการเพื่อป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านมในอาสาสมัครสาธารณสุขประจำหมู่บ้าน เขตสุขภาพที่ การทดลองวิจัยนี้ ประกอบด้วย 4 ระยะ คือ ระยะที่ 1 การวิเคราะห์ปัญหา โดยผู้วิจัยเลือกใช้การทบทวนวรรณกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบ (Cochrane Review: R1) ฐานข้อมูลด้านโภชนาการทุกประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องกับมะเร็งเต้านม ระยะที่ 2 พัฒนานวัตกรรมหุ่นจำลองเต้านมฝึกทักษะคลำก้อนที่เต้านม (D1) และพัฒนารูปแบบการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านโภชนาการเพื่อป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านม โดยใช้ทฤษฎีการสร้างความรอบรู้ด้านสุขภาพ และการปรับเปลี่ยนพฤติกรรม 12 สัปดาห์ (3 เดือน) ระยะที่ 3 การนำรูปแบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นไปใช้ด้วยรูปแบบการวิจัยกึ่งทดลองแบบกลุ่มเดียววัดก่อนและหลัง กลุ่มตัวอย่าง เป็น อสม. จำนวน 60 คน ระยะเวลา 3 เดือน เครื่องมือการวิจัยประกอบด้วยแบบบันทึกการรับประทานอาหาร 24 ชั่วโมงและโปรแกรมวิเคราะห์สารอาหาร Thai Nutri Survey วิเคราะห์ด้วยสถิติเชิง และเปรียบเทียบใช้สถิติ paired t-test ระยะที่ 4 การประเมินผลและการปรับปรุงรูปแบบ (D2) ติดตามความคงอยู่ของพฤติกรรมต่อเนื่อง (เดือนที่ 6) ด้านโภชนาการและการตรวจเต้านม ผลการศึกษาจากการใช้รูปแบบการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านโภชนาการ และการสร้างทักษะคัดกรองเต้านม พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยคะแนนความรอบรู้สุขภาพป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านม เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (3.58, 4.14, p≤0.001) และทักษะการคัดกรองเต้านมถูกต้อง เพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (2.17, 2.87, p≤0.001) รวมถึงผลวิเคราะห์ค่าเฉลี่ยการบริโภคสารอาหารที่เปลี่ยนแปลง ได้แก่ พลังงานการบริโภคอาหารทั้งหมดต่อวัน ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (1,558.84, 1,331.85, p≤0.01) ปริมาณคาร์โบไฮเดรต ลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (772.07, 754.94, p≤0.001) น้ำตาลลดลงอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (10.06, 7.54, p≤0.05) ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมความรอบรู้ด้านโภชนาการและนวัตกรรมหุ่นจำลองเต้านมสามารถศึกษาการขยายผลนำไปปรับใช้ให้เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันมะเร็งเต้านมรายใหม่ในอนาคต
