การวิเคราะห์ปริมาณโลหะหนักในผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษานี้ มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อวิเคราะห์ปริมาณโลหะหนักในผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบ โดยเก็บตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ ยาสูบจำนวน 13 ตัวอย่าง ครอบคลุมทั้งบุหรี่ชนิดซองที่ผลิตในประเทศและต่างประเทศรวมถึงยาสูบพื้นเมือง ในการวิเคราะห์ปริมาณโลหะหนัก (แคดเมียม ตะกั่ว สังกะสี ทองแดง และเหล็ก) ด้วยวิธีอะตอมมิกแอบซอบชันสเปกโทรโฟโตเมตรี (Atomic absorption spectrophotometry, AAS) ผลการวิเคราะห์พบปริมาณเหล็ก สังกะสี ทองแดง ตะกั่ว และแคดเมียมในตัวอย่างผลิตภัณฑ์ยาสูบมีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในช่วง 126.42-332.84, 42.09-88.64, 8.79-17.91, 1.19-3.36 และ 1.05-1.82 ไมโครกรัมต่อกรัม ตามลำดับ
