การพัฒนาแบบสอบคู่ขนานเรื่องการเขียนใบสั่งยาสำหรับนักศึกษาแพทย์

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแบบสอบคู่ขนานเรื่องการเขียนใบสั่งยาสำหรับนักศึกษาแพทย์และตรวจสอบคุณภาพของข้อสอบและแบบสอบคู่ขนานที่สร้างขึ้น ประชากรของการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ นักศึกษาแพทย์วิทยาลัยแพทยศาสตร์พระมงกุฎเกล้า ชั้นปีที่ 3 ถึง 5 จำนวน 231 คน ทำการทดสอบประชากรโดยใช้แบบสอบคู่ขนานเรื่องการเขียนใบสั่งยา จำนวน 2 ฉบับ ซึ่งมีข้อคำถามประเภทเลือกตอบหลายตัวเลือก จำนวน 10 ข้อ ผลการวิจัย จากการตรวจสอบความเป็นคู่ขนานของแบบสอบโดยอาศัยทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบ พบว่า มีความเป็นคู่ขนานรายข้อคิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.00 โดยมีค่า MSDTIF = 0.008 ซึ่งถือว่าแบบสอบทั้ง 2 ฉบับมีความเป็นคู่ขนานกันซึ่งแตกต่างจากการตรวจสอบโดยอาศัยทฤษฎีการทดสอบแบบดั้งเดิมโดยที่มีความเป็นคู่ขนานกันร้อยละ 80.00 โดยมีค่าเฉลี่ยรวมของคะแนนสังเกตได้แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (t=3.025, p=0.003) ถือว่าแบบสอบไม่มีความเป็นคู่ขนานกัน สรุปผลการวิจัย แบบสอบมีความเป็นคู่ขนานรายข้อจากการตรวจสอบโดยอาศัยทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบในสัดส่วนสูงกว่าทฤษฎีการทดสอบแบบดั้งเดิมและแบบสอบทั้ง 2 ฉบับเป็นคู่ขนานกันเมื่อทดสอบตามทฤษฎีการตอบสนองข้อสอบแตกต่างจากทฤษฎีการทดสอบแบบดั้งเดิมที่แบบสอบไม่เป็นคู่ขนานกัน
