บทบาทของเภสัชกรพี่เลี้ยงในการฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพด้านการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม

บทคัดย่อ
เภสัชกรพี่เลี้ยงเป็นผู้ที่มีความสำคัญอย่างยิ่งในการจัดการเรียนรู้ให้กับนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ ณ แหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพ เป็นต้นแบบที่สำคัญสำหรับนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์และเป็นผู้ให้คำแนะนำนักศึกษาในการประยุกต์ความรู้ที่ได้ศึกษามาเพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานจริง บทบาทหลักของเภสัชกรพี่เลี้ยงมีสามด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) ด้านการบริบาลทางเภสัชกรรม 3) ด้านการพัฒนาการศึกษาและความรับผิดชอบต่อวิชาชีพ แม้ว่าสภาเภสัชกรรมได้มีข้อกำหนดเกี่ยวกับเกณฑ์มาตรฐานแหล่งฝึกปฏิบัติงานวิชาชีพและเภสัชกรพี่เลี้ยงไว้แล้ว แต่อย่างไรก็ตามยังต้องมีการฝึกอบรมเพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมของเภสัชกรพี่เลี้ยงรวมทั้งระบบต่างๆ ในการสนับสนุนเภสัชกรพี่เลี้ยงให้พร้อมสำหรับการปฏิบัติหน้าที่ดังกล่าว
