แบบการเรียนของนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์: ทฤษฎีและข้อค้นพบ

บทคัดย่อ
แบบการเรียน (learning style) เป็นแบบแผนของพฤติกรรมและสมรรถนะที่ผู้เรียนแต่ละคนใช้ในการตอบสนองและประมวลผลความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับ นักวิชาการหลายท่านได้ทำการศึกษาและอธิบายแบบการเรียนไว้หลากหลายลักษณะซึ่งหนึ่งในแบบการเรียนที่มีการศึกษาวิจัยและประยุกต์ใช้ทางด้านการเรียนการสอนมากที่สุดชนิดหนึ่งคือแบบการเรียนของ Kolb ซึ่งพิจารณาคุณลักษณะด้านการรับรู้ข้อมูลว่าเป็นแบบรูปธรรมหรือนามธรรม และด้านการประมวลผลว่าเป็นแบบการคิดสะท้อนหรือการนำไปปฏิบัติ นำมาสู่การแบ่งผู้เรียนออกเป็น 4 ประเภท ได้แก่ อเนกนัย (diverger) ดูดซึม (assimilator) เอกนัย (converger) และปรับปรุง (accomodator) สำหรับการสำรวจแบบการเรียนของนักศึกษาเภสัชศาสตร์ทั้งในประเทศไทยและสหรัฐอเมริกานั้น พบว่ามีลักษณะแบบการเรียนการกระจายไปในทั้ง 4 ประเภทนี้ ไม่ได้มีสัดส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในประเภทใดประเภทหนึ่งเท่านั้น การจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนที่สอดคล้องกับแบบการเรียนจะช่วยส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถเรียนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น อย่างไรก็ตามต้องคำนึงว่าผู้เรียนไม่ได้ใช้แบบการเรียนที่ถนัดที่สุดเสมอไปแต่เป็นไปตามสถานการณ์ ดังนั้นกิจกรรมที่หลากหลายจึงจำเป็นสำหรับระบบการเรียนการสอนในยุคปัจจุบัน
