ความถูกต้องและประสิทธิผลของการพยากรณ์อุปสงค์สำหรับการบริหารคลังยา

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินความถูกต้องและประสิทธิผลของเทคนิคพยากรณ์อุปสงค์ของการใช้ยา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: ใช้ข้อมูลการใช้ยาจริงย้อนหลัง 3 ปี (ปีงบประมาณ 2554-2556) ของโรงพยาบาลพระนครศรีอยุธยาเฉพาะยากลุ่ม A 135 รายการ ซึ่งเป็นกลุ่มที่มีมูลค่ามากที่สุดทำการวิเคราะห์และพยากรณ์อุปสงค์ของยาในปีงบประมาณ 2557โดยใช้โปรแกรม CB Predictor โดยเปรียบเทียบกับข้อมูลการใช้ยาจริงของโรงพยาบาลในปีเดียวกัน โดยใช้การวัดความคลาดเคลื่อนของการพยากรณ์ด้วย Mean Absolute Percent Error (MAPE) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและใช้สถิติเชิงอนุมาน ได้แก่ Wilcoxon Signed-rank Test ผลการวิจัย: ผลการพยากรณ์อุปสงค์ พบว่ายาจำนวน 81รายการ (ร้อยละ 60.0) มีความถูกต้องในการพยากรณ์ โดยในกลุ่มที่พยากรณ์ถูกต้องมีรูปแบบของอุปสงค์การใช้ยาที่พบมากที่สุด คือแบบ Horizontal มี 39 รายการ (ร้อยละ 48.1)เทคนิคพยากรณ์ที่ควรใช้คือ Single Moving Average กลุ่มยาที่มีการพยากรณ์ถูกต้องมากที่สุดคือ Gastro-intestinal system รองลงมาคือ Central nervous system สรุปผล: การพยากรณ์อุปสงค์มีความถูกต้องปานกลาง ผลที่ได้จากการวิจัยนี้จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อเภสัชกรหรือผู้รับผิดชอบบริหารคลังยาซึ่งสามารถใช้เทคนิคการพยากรณ์ที่เหมาะสมกับรูปแบบของอุปสงค์จากการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารคลังยาของโรงพยาบาลต่อไป
