ความรู้เรื่องยาทั่วไป ความรู้ด้านยาพาราเซตามอล พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาพาราเซตามอล และปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์กับการใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลอย่างสมเหตุผลของผู้ป่วยไทยในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล อำเภอเมืองขอนแก่น จังหวัดขอนแก่น

บทคัดย่อ
การใช้ยาไม่สมเหตุผลเป็นปัญหาในประเทศไทยและทั่วโลกทำให้มีผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของประชาชน วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อศึกษาความรู้เรื่องยาทั่วไป ความรู้เฉพาะเกี่ยวกับยาพาราเซตามอล การใช้ยาพาราเซตามอล พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลอย่างสมเหตุผล และปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: เก็บข้อมูลด้วยแบบสอบถามผู้ป่วยที่โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จำนวน 6 แห่ง ในจังหวัดขอนแก่น ระหว่างวันที่ 15 ธันวาคม 2567 ถึง วันที่ 31 มกราคม 2568 จำนวน 247 คน ใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนาและวิเคราะห์การถดถอยโลจิสติกแบบมีตัวแปรผลลัพธ์สองกลุ่ม ผลการวิจัย: ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง อายุ 18-73 ปี จากคะแนนเต็ม 10 มีความรู้เรื่องยาทั่วไปเฉลี่ย 7.94 (SD=1.91) คะแนน มีความรู้เพียงพอ ร้อยละ 65.59 มีความรู้เฉพาะยาพาราเซตามอลเฉลี่ย 6.23 (SD=1.92) คะแนน ความรู้เพียงพอร้อยละ 29.15 จากคะแนนเต็ม 8 พฤติกรรมการใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลอย่างสมเหตุผลมีคะแนนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 5.41 (SD=2.18) ใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลอย่างสมเหตุผล ร้อยละ 53.0 ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลอย่างสมเหตุผลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ ได้แก่ แหล่งที่มาของยาที่ได้รับ (aOR = 4.44, 95%CI = 1.40-20.98, p = 0.014) ความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับยา (aOR = 2.02, 95%CI = 1.09-3.76, p = 0.026) และความรู้เรื่องยาพาราเซตามอล (aOR = 3.48, 95%CI = 1.93-6.28, p < 0.001) สรุปผลการวิจัย: ผู้ป่วยเกินครึ่งหนึ่งมีพฤติกรรมการใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลอย่างสมเหตุผลและมีความรู้ทั่วไปเกี่ยวกับยาเพียงพอแต่มีความรู้ด้านยาพาราเซตามอลไม่เพียงพอ ผู้ป่วยที่ได้รับยาจากหน่วยบริการเอกชนมีโอกาสใช้ยาพาราเซตามอลอย่างสมเหตุผลมากกว่าจากหน่วยบริการของรัฐผู้ที่มีระดับความรู้ทั่วไปเรื่องยาในระดับที่เพียงพอมีโอกาสใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลมากกว่าระดับที่ต่ำกว่าผลลัพธ์ปัจจัยด้านแหล่งที่มาของยาและระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับยาสามารถนำไปใช้วางแผนส่งเสริมการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ป่วยให้คำแนะนำและพัฒนาทักษะเกี่ยวกับการใช้ยาทั่วไปและยาพาราเซาตมอล รวมทั้งจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการใช้ยาอย่างสมเหตุผลให้มากยิ่งขึ้น
