บทคัดย่อ
ยาเสพติดเป็นภัยคุกคามของโลก มีผู้ใช้ยาเสพติดทั่วโลก 271 ล้านคน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 5.5 ของประชากรโลก รัฐบาลไทยมีนโยบายให้โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบลบำบัดผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดได้ วัตถุประสงค์: เพื่อพัฒนารูปแบบการบำบัดผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดชนิดยาบ้าระบบสมัครใจบำบัด ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญ ด้วยกระบวนการเดลฟาย วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: รูปแบบการวิจัยเป็นการศึกษาแบบเดลฟาย โดยสอบถามความคิดเห็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ เกี่ยวกับรูปแบบการบำบัดผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดชนิดยาบ้าระบบสมัครใจบำบัด ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบงานบำบัดผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดในระดับกระทรวง โรงพยาบาลธัญญารักษ์ขอนแก่น สำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัด โรงพยาบาลระดับจังหวัด และอำเภอ จนถึงระดับตำบล คือ โรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล ผลการวิจัย: ผู้เชี่ยวชาญมีความคิดเห็นสอดคล้องกันว่า การนำเรื่องของวิถีพุทธ ซึ่งเป็นเรื่องความเชื่อ ความศรัทธา ทางศาสนาพุทธ เพิ่มเข้าในกิจกรรมของกระบวนการบำบัดตามรูปแบบเดิม (จิตสังคมบำบัด) อาจส่งผลให้การบำบัดผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดชนิดยาบ้าระบบสมัครใจบำบัด ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญมีประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น สรุปผลการวิจัย: รูปแบบการบำบัดผู้ป่วยยาเสพติดชนิดยาบ้าระบบสมัครใจบำบัด ในโรงพยาบาลส่งเสริมสุขภาพตำบล จังหวัดอำนาจเจริญที่เพิ่มกิจกรรมตามแนวทางวิถีพุทธในกิจกรรมของกระบวนการบำบัด อาจส่งผลให้การบำบัดมีประสิทธิผลยิ่งขึ้น
