บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ : ของเสียอันตรายประเภทสารเคมีในโรงพยาบาลมีผลกระทบต่อสุขภาพของผู้ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและก่อให้เกิดมลภาวะทั้งทาง ดิน ทางน้ำ และทางอากาศ ดังนั้นการจัดการของเสียอันตรายให้มีประสิทธิภาพ จึงจำเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะต้องมีความร่วมมือกันอย่างจริงจัง ทุกฝ่าย การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับและความสัมพันธ์ระหว่าง ความรู้ ทัศนคติและการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรทาง การแพทย์ด้านแนวทางการจัดการของเสียอันตรายประเภทสารเคมีในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยรัฐ วัสดุและวิธีการ : การศึกษาเป็นแบบ ศึกษาตัวแปรที่เกี่ยวของ ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ รายได้ต่อเดือน ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน และการรับรู้ข่าวสาร ความรู้เกี่ยวกับของเสียอันตราย ในการดำเนินการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรทาง การแพทย์ในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยรัฐ จำนวน 278 คน ทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าอัตราส่วนร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าสูงสด ค่าต่ำสุด ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าสถิติ t-test การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว ผลการศึกษา : ผลการวิจัยพบว่า บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ ส่วนใหญ่ มีระดับความรู้เกี่ยวกับการจัดการของเสียอันตรายอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ซึ่งเมื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับความรู้ จำแนกตามตัวแปรที่ศึกษาจะเปลี่ยนแปลงตาม เพศ รายได้ต่อเดือน ระดับการศึกษา และตำแหน่งงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 และพบว่าระดับทัศนคติส่วนใหญ่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับทัศนคติจำแนกตามตัวแปรที่ ศึกษาจะเปลี่ยนแปลงตาม รายได้ต่อเดือน ระดับการศึกษา และตำแหน่งงานอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 ส่วนการมีส่วนร่วมใน การจัดการของเสียอันตราย พบว่าส่วนใหญ่มีส่วนร่วมในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อวิเคราะห์เปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยของระดับการมีส่วนร่วมจำแนก ตามตัวแปรที่ศึกษาจะเปลี่ยนแปลงตาม เพศ ระดับการศึกษา ตำแหน่งงาน ระยะเวลาในการปฏิบัติงาน และการรับรู้ข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับ ปัญหาการจัดการของเสียอันตรายในโรงพยาบาลอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 สรุปผล : จากผลการศึกษาได้สรุปแนวทางใน การจัดการของเสียอันตรายในโรงพยาบาล โดยควรมีการให้ความรู้ ทัศนคติที่ดี และส่งเสริมการมีส่วนร่วมเกี่ยวกับการจัดการของเสีย อันตรายให้แก่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์ และบุคลากรทุกวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาล ตัวอย่างเช่น การเผยแพร่ประชาสัมพันธ์โดย ผ่านเสียงตามสาย การจัดทำคู่มือหรือเอกสารแผ่นทับการจัดการของเสียอันตรายในโรงพยาบาล มีการฝึกอบรม การประชุมปฏิบัติการ การศึกษาดงานนอกสถานที่ และควรดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่องและจริงจัง เพื่อเพิ่มพูนความรู้ และทักษะบุคลากรทุกส่วนงาน เกี่ยวกับการ จัดการวางแผนด้านการกำจัดของเสียอันตรายในโรงพยาบาล
