บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาผลของการให้คำปรึกษาด้านยาต่อความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาในผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่เข้ารับการรักษาในคลินิกบำบัดทดแทนไตด้วยการล้างไตทางช่องท้อง วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยแบบกึ่งทดลอง (quasi-experimental study) ในผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังระยะสุดท้ายที่เข้ารับการรักษาในคลินิกบำบัดทดแทนไตด้วยการล้างไตทางช่องท้อง โรงพยาบาลนพรัตนราชธานี กรุงเทพมหานครโดยประเมินผลการให้คำปรึกษาด้านยาต่อความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาโดยนับเม็ดยาคงเหลือและสัมภาษณ์ถึงวิธีการใช้ยาจากผู้ป่วย ผลการวิจัย: มีผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาทั้งสิ้น 60 ราย อายุเฉลี่ย 55.77±12.23 ปี มีจำนวนรายการยาที่ผู้ป่วยได้รับโดยเฉลี่ยประมาณ 9 รายการ และประมาณครึ่งหนึ่งของผู้เข้าร่วมการศึกษาทั้งหมด (ร้อยละ 51.67) เคยได้รับการให้คำปรึกษาด้านยาโดยเภสัชกร เมื่อประเมินความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาโดยการนับเม็ดยาคงเหลือ พบว่าผู้ป่วยมีความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาหลังให้คำปรึกษาด้านยาเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (ก่อน: ร้อยละ 75.64±15.19; หลัง: ร้อยละ 87.99±9.36; p<0.001) และเมื่อประเมินความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาโดยการสัมภาษณ์พบว่าความร่วมมือด้านการไม่ใช้ยาน้อยกว่าที่กำหนดเพิ่มขึ้นหลังจากได้รับคำปรึกษาด้านยา (ก่อน: ร้อยละ 87.59±13.56; หลัง: ร้อยละ 96.83±5.28; p<0.001) สรุปผลการวิจัย: การให้คำ ปรึกษาด้านยาโดยเภสัชกรในผู้ป่วยโรคไตเรื้อรังที่รับการบำบัดทดแทนไตด้วยการล้างไตทางหน้าท้องสามารถเพิ่มความร่วมมือในการใช้ยาของผู้ป่วยได้
