บทคัดย่อ
การเรียนรู้จากการทำวิจัยหรือผลการศึกษาที่ ได้รับการเผยแพร่จากวารสารทางวิชาการ จะให้ข้อมูล ว่ากิจกรรมใดมีผลกระทบต่อคุณภาพชีวิตที่ดีฃอง ผู้ป่วย และมีผลทางบวกในแง่เศรษฐศาสตร์ ข้อมูล พื้นฐานเหล่านี้จำเป็นสำหรับการพัฒนางานให้มีความยั่งยืน การบรรยายครั้งนี้ นำเสนอข้อเสนอแนะแก่เภสัชกรโรงพยาบาลเกี่ยวกับการเรียนรู้จากงานวิจัย และการนำผลการศึกษาไปพัฒนางานเภสัชกรรม โรงพยาบาล โดยแบ่งเป็นประเด็นสำคัญ 4 หัวข้อ ดังนี้ 1. การประเมินปัญหาเนื่องจากการใช้ยาและ การให้บริบาลเภสัชกรรมแก่ผู้ป่วยนอนพักรักษาใน โรงพยาบาล 2. การจัดทำโปรแกรมการแทนยาฉีด ด้วยยารับประทาน 3. การวิเคราะห์การใช้ยาเพื่อ ชี้วัดคุณภาพบริการสุขภาพ 4. บทบาทของเภสัชกร ด้านการบริบาลเภสัชกรรมสำหรับผู้ป่วยนอก
