การพัฒนาตำรับน้ำยาบ้วนปากจากสารสกัดใบฝรั่ง

บทคัดย่อ
การวิจัยนี้มีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อพัฒนาตำรับน้ำยาบ้วนปากจากสารสกัดใบฝรั่งสำหรับใช้ลดกลิ่นปาก โดย การทคลองใช้สารแต่งกลิ่น รส และสารถนอมต่าง ๆ พบว่าตำรับที่มีเปปเปอร์มินต์ เมนทอล ซอร์บิทอล พารา เบนเข้มข้น โซเดียมเบนโซเอท โปรไปลินไกลคอล กลีเซอรีน แอลกอฮอล์ โซเดียมไฮดรอกไซด์ และน้ำ เป็นองค์ประกอบ มีคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพที่อาสาสมัครให้ความพึงพอใจสูงสุด และน้ำยาบ้วนปากที่เตรียม ได้มีความคงตัวดี เมื่อเก็บไว้เป็นเวลา 3 เดือน เริ่มตกตะกอนเมื่อเก็บไว้เป็นเวลา 4 เดือน พบว่าการเก็บไว้ ที่อุณหภูมิ 45 องศาเซลเซียส น้ำยาจะมีสีเข้มขึ้นและปริมาณแทนนินมีแนวโน้มลดลงกว่าที่อุณหภูมิ 5 และ 37 องศาเซลเซียส น้ำยาบ้วนปากที่เตรียมได้มีความเหมาะสมที่จะใช้ทดสอบความสามารถในการลดกลิ่นปาก ในอาสาสมัครต่อไป
