ฤทธิ์ต้านจุลชีพของผักฟื้นบ้านอีสาน

บทคัดย่อ
จากการศึกษาฤทธิ์ต้านจุลชีพของส่วนสกัด ethyl acetate และ methanol ของผักพื้นบ้านอีสานไทย ที่มี รายงานการใช้เพื่อรักษาโรคติดเชื้อต่างๆ 5 ชนิด คือ กระโดน ผักเสี้ยน บวบเหลี่ยม ผักหวานบ้าน และผักแขยง โดยใช้วิธี disc-diffusion assay และ broth dilution พบว่าส่วนสกัดหยาบที่ได้ทั้งหมดไม่แสดงฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อยีสต์ (Candida albican ) และรา (Aspergillus niger ) แต่แสดงฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรียได้หลายชนิด โดยส่วนสกัดหยาบ methanol ของกระโดนแสดงฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรียได้ดีที่สุด คือยับยั้งการเจริญของเชื้อแบคทีเรียทั้ง 5 ชนิด ได้แก่ Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhimurium, Staphylococcs aureus, Bacillus cereus และ Pseudomonas aeruginosa ในขณะที่ส่วนสกัดหยาบ ethyl acetate ของผักหวานบ้านไม่แสดงฤทธิ์ต้านเชื้อแบคทีเรียดังกล่าว
