ความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของแบบวัดความซึมเศร้า CES-D ในกลุ่มนิสิตนักศึกษา

บทคัดย่อ
การศึกษาเชิงสำรวจครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อตรวจสอบความตรงเชิงโครงสร้างของแบบวัดความซึมเศร้า CES-D (The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale) ในกลุ่มนิสิตมหาวิทยาลัยมหาสารคาม ชั้นปีที่ 1 ถึง 3 จำนวน 201 คน โดยใช้สถิติการวิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบแบบ Principal Component Analysis หมุน แกนองค์ประกอบโดยวิธี Varimax กำหนด Factor loading มากกว่า 0.4 ขึ้นไป ผลการศึกษาพบว่าแบบวัดความ ซึมเศร้าแบบประเมินด้วยตนเองประกอบด้วย 20 คำถาม และมาตรวัดแบบอันดับมีความเที่ยงในเกณฑ์ที่ดี ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าเท่ากับ 0.87 และสามารถแยกองค์ประกอบได้เป็น 4 องค์ประกอบ เช่นเดียวกับต้นฉบับ ภาษาอังกฤษ และฉบับภาษาไทย โดยทั้ง 4 องค์ประกอบสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 32.21, 8.70, 5.63 และ 5.97 ตามลำดับ โดยรวมอธิบายได้ร้อยละ 52.51 แบบวัดความซึมเศร้า CES-D มีความตรงเชิงโครงสร้าง โดยเฉพาะเมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับต้นฉบับภาษาอังกฤษ และภาษาไทย โดยสามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ประเมินภาวะ ซึมเศร้าในนิสิตเพื่อคัดกรองปัญหาและร่วมกับนิสิตหาแนวทางแก้ไขที่เหมาะสมต่อไป
