บทคัดย่อ
บทนำ: วัตถุประสงค์ของงานวิจัยครั้งนี้เพื่อวัดระดับและศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างตัวแปรความเครียดในการทำงาน ความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตของเภสัชกรโรงพยาบาล วิธีดำเนินการวิจัย: กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ เภสัชกรโรงพยาบาลสังกัดสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงสาธารณสุข ภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ จำนวน 383 คน สุ่มตัวอย่างแบบแบ่งชั้นภูมิจำแนกตามจังหวัด เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามที่ประกอบด้วยข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ความเครียดในการทำงาน ความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน และความพึงพอใจในชีวิต ตรวจสอบความตรงโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญ ตรวจสอบความเที่ยงโดยทำการศึกษาเบื้องต้น ได้ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟ่าครอนบาคของความเครียดในการทำงาน ความพึงพอใจในการทำงานและความพึงพอใจในชีวิต คือ 0.95, 0.81 และ 0.81 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และสถิติสหสัมพันธ์แบบสเปียร์แมน ผลการวิจัย: ระดับความเครียดในการทำงานอยู่ในระดับน้อย (x=2.46, SD=0.57) ระดับความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน อยู่ในระดับมาก (x=3.64, SD=0.52) และระดับความพึงพอใจในชีวิตอยู่ในระดับเล็กน้อย (x=23.71, SD=5.60) ความเครียดในการทำงานมีความสัมพันธ์ทางลบกับความพึงพอใจในการทำงานและความพึงพอใจในชีวิต (p<0.01, r =-0.43 และ -0.36 ตามลำดับ) และความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน มีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกกับความพึงพอใจในชีวิต (p<0.01, r =0.45) สรุปผลการวิจัย: ความเครียดในการทำงาน ความพึงพอใจในการทำงาน และความพึงพอใจในชีวิตมีความสัมพันธ์กัน ดังนั้น ในการกำหนดและดำเนินนโยบาย รวมถึงการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์จึงควรคำนึงถึงผลกระทบซึ่งกันและกันของปัจจัยเหล่านี้
