ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจในการเลิกบุหรี่ ของผู้เข้ารับบริการคลินิกเลิกบุหรี่จังหวัดนครราชสีมา

การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินระดับความตั้งใจในการเลิกบุหรี่ และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่มีความสัมพันธ์กับความตั้งใจดังกล่าวในผู้เข้ารับบริการคลินิกเลิกบุหรี่ จังหวัดนครราชสีมา ผู้วิจัยใช้การสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน โดยขั้นตอนที่ 1 สุ่มโรงพยาบาลที่มีคลินิกเลิกบุหรี่ 7 แห่ง ด้วยการสุ่มแบบง่าย ขั้นตอนที่ 2 คัดเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่าง 272 คนที่มีคุณสมบัติตรงตามเกณฑ์คัดเข้า เก็บข้อมูลระหว่างเดือนพฤศจิกายน 2567 ถึงกุมภาพันธ์ 2568 ด้วยแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้น ผลการศึกษาพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศชาย ร้อยละ 94.85
มีอายุเฉลี่ย 37.88 ปี (SD=15.63) เคยสูบบุหรี่มวน ร้อยละ 97.78 และเคยสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า ร้อยละ 25.19 กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีความตั้งใจในการเลิกบุหรี่ระดับดีถึงพอใช้ ร้อยละ 93.41 และมีการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเอง
ในการควบคุมพฤติกรรมการเลิกบุหรี่ระดับสูง ร้อยละ 57.58 การวิเคราะห์การถดถอยเชิงเส้นพหุคูณแบบ Stepwise พบว่า 5 ปัจจัยที่สัมพันธ์อย่างมีนัยสำคัญกับความตั้งใจในการเลิกบุหรี่ ได้แก่ การรับรู้ความสามารถตนเอง (β=0.52, p-value<0.001) อายุ (β=0.25, p-value=0.001) แรงจูงใจในการเลิกบุหรี่ (β=0.21, p-value=0.013) การคล้อยตามคำแนะนำของบุคลากรทางสุขภาพ (β=0.14, p-value=0.038) และการไม่เคยสูบบุหรี่ไฟฟ้า (β=0.13, p-value=0.047) ตัวแบบสามารถอธิบายความแปรปรวนได้ร้อยละ 65.2 (Adjusted R²=0.652) ผลการศึกษาบ่งชี้ว่าการรับรู้ความสามารถตนเอง แรงจูงใจ และการสนับสนุนจากบุคลากรทางสุขภาพมีบทบาทสำคัญต่อความตั้งใจในการเลิกบุหรี่ ดังนั้น การพัฒนาโปรแกรมให้คำปรึกษาแบบบูรณาการที่มุ่งเสริมสร้างการรับรู้ ความสามารถตนเองและสื่อสารความเสี่ยงจากการสูบบุหรี่อย่างชัดเจน จะช่วยเพิ่มความพร้อมและความตั้งใจในการเลิกบุหรี่ โดยเฉพาะกลุ่มวัยรุ่นและผู้ใหญ่ตอนต้น
