บทคัดย่อ

การวิจัยเชิงพรรณนาครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเปรียบเทียบระบบออกใบรับรองแหล่งผลิตแหล่งกำเนิดอาหารปลอดโรคผ่าน www.pinkforms.com กับ www.thainsw.net ศึกษาประสิทธิภาพของระบบออกใบรับรองฯ ผ่าน www.pinkforms.com กับ www.thainsw.net และศึกษาความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ออกใบรับรองฯ ผ่าน www.thainsw.net เครื่องมือที่ใช้ คือ ระบบออกใบรับรองฯ ผ่าน www.pinkforms.com (ระบบเดิม) และ www.thainsw.net (ระบบใหม่) และแบบสอบถามความคิดเห็นเจ้าหน้าที่ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงคุณภาพแบบสร้างข้อสรุปด้วยการบรรยาย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า www.thainsw.net ช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้กับผู้ประกอบการในทุกขั้นตอน แต่ผู้ประกอบการต้องลงทุนพัฒนาระบบเชื่อมต่อกับกรมศุลกากรเอง ระบบมีความปลอดภัยตามมาตรฐานสากล แต่ไม่แสดงประวัติการเข้าใช้งาน ระบบช่วยประหยัดงบประมาณลดลงครึ่งหนึ่งของ www.pinkforms.com ใช้วัสดุในการออกใบรับรองฯ ลดลง ไม่ต้องทำสำเนาเอกสาร ผู้มีอำนาจลงนามใบรับรองด้วยลายมือชื่อดิจิทัล ทำให้ประหยัดเวลาและทรัพยากร ระบบมีความปลอดภัยเนื่องจากเชื่อมโยงกับเลขประจำตัวประชาชนของกรมการปกครองและข้อมูลผู้ประกอบการของกระทรวงพาณิชย์ การสำรองข้อมูลเป็นไฟล์ Excel/CSV/PDF ประมวลผลและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้ทั้งจำนวน ร้อยละ และกราฟ ความคิดเห็นของเจ้าหน้าที่ออกใบรับรองแหล่งผลิตแหล่งกำเนิดอาหารปลอดโรคผ่าน www.thainsw.net ด้านความสามารถของระบบต่อผู้ใช้งาน ด้านการออกแบบระบบ และด้านประสิทธิภาพ พบว่าอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
