ปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศของวัยรุ่นชาย ในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย

การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยพรรณนาภาคตัดขวาง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศของวัยรุ่นชายในสถาบันอุดมศึกษาเขตภาคตะวันออกของประเทศไทย กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือวัยรุ่นชาย อายุ 18 ปี ขึ้นไป จำนวน 395 คน โดยสุ่มกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบกลุ่มหลายขั้นตอน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามมีค่าความเที่ยงระหว่าง 0.704-0.776 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติเชิงพรรณนา และวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายโดยสถิติถดถอยพหุคูณแบบขั้นตอน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างส่วนใหญ่มีคะแนนพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศในระดับปานกลาง ร้อยละ 51.3 ด้านการวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยทำนายพบว่า สามารถร่วมทำนายพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ โดยร่วมกันทำนายได้ร้อยละ 29.3 (R2=0.293, p<0.01) ดังนี้ ปัจจัยการรับรู้ประโยชน์ในการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และโรคเอดส์ ( = 0.291) ความเชื่อมั่นความสามารถตนเองในการมีเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ปลอดภัย (
= 0.239) การรับรู้อุปสรรคในการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และโรคเอดส์ (
= -0.203) ความเป็นเพศที่มีความเป็นชาย (
= 0.159) และความสัมพันธ์ครอบครัวดี (
= 0.122) จากผลการวิจัยนักสาธารณสุขและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องควรพัฒนากลวิธีในการส่งเสริมพฤติกรรมการดูแลสุขภาพทางเพศของวัยรุ่นชาย โดยส่งเสริมการรับรู้ประโยชน์และลดอุปสรรคในการป้องกันโรคติดต่อทางเพศสัมพันธ์และโรคเอดส์ ส่งเสริมความเชื่อมั่นความสามารถตนเองเพื่อมีเพศสัมพันธ์ที่ปลอดภัย การป้องกันพฤติกรรมเสี่ยงทางเพศในวัยรุ่นชายโดยเน้นชายรักร่วมเพศ และการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ในครอบครัว
