ปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการฆ่าตัวตาย: ความท้าทายของพยาบาลจิตเวช

บทคัดย่อ
การฆ่าตัวตายเป็นปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นทั่วโลก ส่งผลกระทบต่อการพัฒนาสังคมและประเทศในวงกว้าง ทั้งสุขภาพจิตในครอบครัว และบุคคลใกล้ชิด ระบบเศรษฐกิจของประเทศที่ต้องสูญเสียทรัพยากรบุคคลซึ่งเป็นกำลังสำคัญที่มีผลต่อการพัฒนาความเจริญของประเทศ จากการศึกษาการฆ่าตัวตาย เกิดจากสาเหตุหลัก 2 ประการคือ โครงสร้างและหน้าที่ของสมอง สารชีวเคมีและพันธุศาสตร์ ด้านจิตใจหรือโรคทางจิตเวช บุคคลแต่ละคนมีวิธีการจัดการกับเหตุการณ์ในชีวิตที่แตกต่างกันเป็นสาเหตุสำคัญของการเกิดพฤติกรรมการฆ่าตัวตาย และด้านสังคมและสิ่งแวดล้อม ที่เกิดขึ้นรอบ ๆ ตัวบุคคลอาจก่อให้เกิดความเครียด เกิดพฤติกรรมเลียนแบบ และส่งผลให้เกิดการฆ่าตัวตายในที่สุด จึงเป็นความท้าทายของพยาบาลจิตเวชในการที่จะให้การพยาบาล โดยอาศัยองค์ความรู้ทางการพยาบาล ทฤษฎีทางการพยาบาล และกระบวนการพยาบาล เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาล ในการช่วยเหลือผู้ที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อการฆ่าตัวตาย เพื่อให้อัตราการฆ่าตัวตายลดลง
