การประเมินหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต (ฉบับปรับปรุง 2549) วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ

Abstract

          งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อประเมินหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต (ฉบับปรับปรุง 2549) ของวิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ตัวอย่างได้แก่ ผู้บริหาร อาจารย์ บัณฑิตที่สำเร็จการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2552 พยาบาล และผู้ร่วมงานที่ปฏิบัติงานกับผู้สำเร็จการศึกษาหลักสูตรพยาบาลศาสตรบัณฑิต จากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ จำนวน 122 คน  โดยการสุ่มแบบแบ่งชั้น เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความเหมาะสมของหลักสูตร โครงสร้างและเนื้อหาของหลักสูตร และคุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์ เครื่องมือได้รับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยมีค่าความเที่ยงเท่ากับ .96, .95, และ .87 ตามลำดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) วัตถุประสงค์และโครงสร้างของหลักสูตรโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2) โครงสร้างและเนื้อหาของหลักสูตรโดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยมีจำนวนหน่วยกิตเหมาะสมกับเนื้อหาวิชา เนื้อหามีความทันสมัยและน่าสนใจ สามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้และสอดคล้องกับความต้องการของผู้เรียน 3) คุณลักษณะบัณฑิตที่พึงประสงค์โดยรวมมีความเหมาะสมอยู่ในระดับมาก

THE EVALUATION OF THE BACHELOR OF NURSING SCIENCE PROGRAM (REVISED IN 2006), POLICE NURSING COLLEGE

Abstract

          The purpose of this research was to evaluate the Bachelor of Nursing Science Program (revised version, 2006) of the Police Nursing College. The samples consisted of the administrators and teaching staff of the college, graduated nursing students in the 2009 academic year, and head nurses, as well as coworkers who worked with these graduated nursing students. The total samples were 122 persons. They were obtained by stratified sampling. The instruments were questionnaires about 1) their opinions on the appropriateness of the program, 2) structures and contents of the curriculum, and the desirable characteristics of nurses. The reliability coefficients of these questionnaires were .96, .95, and .87, respectively. Data were analyzed by frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation.

          The results of this research were as follows:

          1. The overall opinions of administrators/teaching staff and graduated nurses towards objective achievement and curriculum structure of the program were in high level.

          2. The overall opinions of administrators/teaching staff and graduated nurses towards curriculum structure and contents were in high level and the details on each subject were suitable with their credits, up-to-dated, interesting, and useful for practice and relevant to students’ needs.

          3. The overall opinions of graduate nurses and head nurses/co-workers towards the desirable characteristics of graduate nurses were in high level.
