ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ

Abstract

           การศึกษาครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนามีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ปีการศึกษา 2554 และ 2) ศึกษาสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ปีการศึกษา 2554  ตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตพยาบาลจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 136 คน ประกอบด้วย พยาบาลหัวหน้าตึกจำนวน 62 คน พยาบาลอาวุโสผู้ร่วมงาน จำนวน 31 คน และรองหัวหน้าตึก/ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าตึก จำนวน 43 คน และบัณฑิตพยาบาลจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 69 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย เป็นแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตพยาบาลที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ และแบบสอบถามสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพของบัณฑิตพยาบาลที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ปีการศึกษา 2554 ซึ่งเครื่องมือได้รับการตรวจสอบคุณภาพโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญจำนวน 3 คน ค่า IOC มากกว่าหรือเท่ากับ .60 และมีผลการทดลองใช้ในตัวอย่างที่มีคุณลักษณะคล้ายคลึงกัน จำนวน 35 คน พบว่า มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์แอลฟาของครอนบาค เท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเป็นความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน

           ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1) ความพึงพอใจของผู้ใช้บัณฑิตต่อสมรรถนะของบัณฑิตพยาบาล วิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ปีการศึกษา 2554 โดยรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.97, S.D. = .49) และในรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ใช้บัณฑิตมีระดับความพึงพอใจในระดับมากที่สุดในด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ( = 4.48, S.D. = .48) และ 2) บัณฑิตพยาบาลที่สำเร็จการศึกษาจากวิทยาลัยพยาบาลตำรวจ ปีการศึกษา 2554 มีสรรถนะทางวิชาชีพที่วิทยาลัยพยาบาลกำหนดในด้านคุณธรรม จริยธรรม และจรรยาบรรณวิชาชีพ, ด้านความรู้ความสามารถพื้นฐานที่ส่งผลต่อการทำงาน, และด้านความรู้ความสามารถทางวิชาชีพ ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.62, S.D. = .53; = 4.52, S.D. = .63; = 4.49, S.D. = .57 ตามลำดับ)

SATISFACTION OF THE EMPLOYERS TOWARD COMPETENCIES FOR GRADUATE NURSES, POLICE NURSING COLLEGE

Abstract

           The objective of this descriptive study were 1 ) to study  the satisfaction of the nurses’ employers on the competence of nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011 and 2 ) to examine the professional competence of  nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011. The samples were 136 the employers of nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011 including 62 chief nurses, 34 senior nurses, 43 deputy chief nurses and 69 nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011. The instruments were the questionnaires about 1) satisfaction of the nurses’ employers on the competence of nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011 and 2)  the professional competence of  nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011. They were checked for quality by 3 experts IOC (0.6) and tried out with 35 nurses who were similar to the samples (the Cronbach’s alpha coefficient = .99). Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, and standard deviation.

           The results showed that 1) the satisfaction of the nurses’ employers on the competence of nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011 was at high level ( = 3.97, S.D. = .49), and in each  aspect, it was found that 1) the ethical satisfaction was at the highest level ( = 4.48, S.D. = .48); 2) the competences in ethics, fundamental knowledge of works, and profession of nurses graduated from Police Nursing College in the Academic Year 2011 were at the highest level ( = 4.62, S.D. = .53; = 4.52, S.D. = .63; = 4.49, S.D. = .57, respectively).
