ประสิทธิผลของการเรียนการสอนโดยการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ต่อการใฝ่รู้และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

          การวิจัยเชิงทดลองครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเปรียบเทียบการใฝ่รู้และความ สามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษา ก่อนและหลังการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ และเปรียบเทียบการใฝ่รู้และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลของนักศึกษา หลังการเรียนการสอน ระหว่างกลุ่มที่ได้รับการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์และกลุ่มที่ได้รับการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติ ตัวอย่างคือนักศึกษาพยาบาลชั้นปีที่ 4 ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนวิชาปฏิบัติการพยาบาลเลือกสรร สาขาการพยาบาลอนามัยชุมชน จำนวน 30 คน แบ่งเป็นกลุ่มทดลองได้รับการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์เและกลุ่มควบคุมที่ได้รับการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติ กลุ่มละ 15 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยประกอบด้วย วิธีการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ แบบสอบถามการใฝ่รู้ของนักศึกษา แบบประเมินความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลโดยใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ ตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษา สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน สถิติทดสอบ pair t-test และ t-test

          ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ภายหลังการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาล นักศึกษาพยาบาลกลุ่มที่ได้รับการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ มีคะแนนการใฝ่รู้และคะแนนความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาสูงกว่าก่อนการฝึกปฏิบัติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05 เมื่อเปรียบเทียบระหว่างกลุ่ม พบว่า หลังการฝึกปฏิบัติการพยาบาลนักศึกษาที่ได้รับการเรียนการสอนแบบเน้นการใช้หลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์มีคะแนนทั้งการใฝ่รู้และความสามารถในการปฏิบัติการพยาบาลตามการรับรู้ของนักศึกษาสูงกว่ากลุ่มที่ได้รับการจัดการเรียนการสอนแบบปกติ อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ .05

The effectiveness of evidence – based teaching and learning on Learning inquiry and ability in nursing practice of nursing Students

Abstract

          The purposes of this experimental research were to compare learning inquiry and nursing practice ability of nursing students before a    nd after receiving evidence-based teaching and learning and to compare the same variables after experiment between nursing students in the experimental group and control group. The sample were 30 fourth year students who were enrolling in Practicum of Selected Nursing Area: Community Health Nursing Course. They were assigned into one experimental and one control group. Each group comprised of 15 nursing students. There were two research instruments. The first one was evidence-based teaching and learning method. The second one was self-administered questionnaires for assessing learning inquiry scale and perceived ability in nursing practices by using evidence-based. Mean, standard deviation, pair t-test and t-test were employed to analyze data.

          The results of the research revealed the following:

          1. The learning inquiry and ability in nursing practices of nursing students after experiment were significantly higher than before the experiment at the 0.05 level.

          2. After the experiment the learning inquiry and ability in nursing practices of nursing students in the experimental group were significantly higher than the ones in the control group at the 0.05 level
