ประสบการณ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลระหว่างสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบทางการเมือง

Abstract

          การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาประสบการณ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลระหว่างสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบทางการเมือง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก พยาบาลวิชาชีพ จำนวน 14 คน ข้อมูลที่ได้นำมาวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาตามวิธีของ Crist and Tanner (2003) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ประสบการณ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลระหว่างสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบทางการเมือง แบ่งเป็น 5 ประเด็นหลัก ดังนี้ 1) รบกวนการใช้ชีวิตประจำวัน 2) ทำงานในโรงพยาบาล สถานการณ์ไม่น่าไว้วางใจ กลัวอันตรายจะเกิดขึ้น 3) เกิดความยากลำบากในการทำงาน     4) บรรยากาศโรงพยาบาลเปลี่ยนไป จากโรงพยาบาลใหญ่กลายเป็นโรงพยาบาลร้าง และ 5) เปลี่ยนมุมมองใหม่ มองเหตุการณ์ในทางบวก

          จากผลการศึกษานี้ ทำให้เข้าใจประสบการณ์ของพยาบาลวิชาชีพที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลระหว่างสถานการณ์ความไม่สงบทางการเมือง ซึ่งผู้บริหารทางการพยาบาลสามารถนำไปเป็นแนวทางในการเตรียมความพร้อมเพื่อรับมือกับสถานการณ์ที่อาจเกิดขึ้นต่อไป

EXPERIENCES OF PROFESSIONAL NURSES WORKING IN A HOSPITAL SETTING DURING THE POLITICAL UNREST SITUATION

Abstract

          The objective of this qualitative research was to describe lived experiences of professional nurses performance in a hospital during the political unrested situation. The provider information is professional nurses who experienced working in this situation in number of 14 people to collect data, by in-depth interviews together with a field-note were employed for data were transcribed verbatim and then analyzed by using content analysis of Crist and Tanner (2003) the results were as follows:

          1. Daily-Lifestyles disturbance.

          2. Hospital performance, situation has not disreputable, fearful dangerous being.

          3. Being the difficulty of working.

          4. Atmosphere in the hospital to be changing, become to desert hospital. and 5. View change to positive thinking

          The study findings provided for more understandings on experiences of professional nurses performance in a hospital during the political unrested situation. Nursing managers can use them as guideline to preparation for next situation.
