องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบให้บริการของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการบริหารการศึกษาพยาบาล

Abstract

       การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบให้บริการของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการบริหารการศึกษาพยาบาล 2) ยืนยันองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบให้บริหารของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชนตามการรับรู้ของอาจารย์พยาบาลที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการบริหารการศึกษาพยาบาล 3) วิเคราะห์องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบให้บริการของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชนที่สามารถทำนายประสิทธิภาพและประสิทธิผลในการบริหารการศึกษาพยาบาล ตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ บุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติหน้าที่อาจารย์พยาบาล สถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชน จำนวน 326 คน จาก 19 สถาบัน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง แบบสอบถาม ที่มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.99 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางสถิติและการวิเคราะห์ประกอบ ข้อมูลเป็นสถิติพรรณนาและสถิติอ้างอิง

       ผลการวิจัยดังนี้

       1. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบให้บริการของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชนประกอบด้วย 5 องค์ประกอบคือ 1) การบริการ 2) การเป็นผู้มีวิสัยทัศน์ 3) ความนอบน้อม 4) ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต และ 5) การเสริมสร้างพลังอำนาจ มีความตรงเชิงทฤษฎี มีความเหมาะสมกับบริบท มีความเป็นไปได้และสามารถนำไปใช้ประโยชน์ได้

       2. องค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบให้บริการของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพในการบริหารการศึกษาพยาบาล ได้แก่ ด้านการเป็นผู้มีวิสัยทัศน์ และความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.814 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์ การพยากรณ์ ร้อยละ 66.2 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยการสร้างตัวแบบความสัมพันธ์ได้ดังนี้ ŷ =1.073+0.589 (การเป็นผู้มีวิสัยทัศน์) +0.161 (ความซื่อสัตย์สุจริต) และองค์ประกอบภาวะผู้นำแบบให้บริการของผู้บริหารสถาบันการศึกษาพยาบาลเอกชนที่ส่งผลต่อประสิทธิผลในการบริหารการศึกษาพยาบาล ได้แก่ ด้านการเป็นผู้มีวิสัยทัศน์และความนอบน้อม มีค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์พหุคูณเท่ากับ 0.707 ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์การพยากรณ์ร้อยละ 50.1 อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยการสร้างตัวแบบของความสัมพันธ์ได้ดังนี้ ŷ=1.813+0.4 (ความเป็นผู้มีวิสัยทัศน์) +0.175 (ความนอบน้อม)

SERVANT LEADERSHIP FACTORS OF PRIVATE NURSING COLLAGE’S ADMINISTRATOR EFFECTING TO THE EFFICIENCY AND EFFECTIVENESS OF THE ADMINISTRATING OF NURSING EDUCATION

Abstract

       The objectives of this dissertation were; (1) to study of servant leadership factors of private Nursing College’s administrator that could effect to the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing educational administration, (2) to confirm the servant leadership factors of private Nursing College’s administrator as perceived by the nursing instructors that effecting to the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing education and, (3) to study of the servant leadership factors of private Nursing College’s administrator which were predictive of the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing educational administration. The sample consisted of 326 nursing instructors from 19 institutes. The instruments were the structural interviews, questionnaires and checklists with the reliability coefficient of 0.99. The data were analyzed as descriptive statistic and inferential statistic by SPSS and Exploratory Factor Analysis.

       The findings were as follows:

       (1) The component of servant leadership factors of private Nursing College’s administrator that can effecting to the efficiency and effectiveness of nursing educational consisted of 5 component which were 1) service 2) vision 3) humility 4) integrity and 5) empowerment which were relevant to research theory, feasible, accurate and applicable,

       (2) For the administrator servant leadership factors of private nursing collage’s that effecting to efficiency of nursing education management were vision and Integrity, which had
the multiply Correlation Coefficient of 0.814, and the Predictive Coefficient of 66.2 percent which was statistically significant at .05.  The Predictive equation from Regression of variables could be written as raw Score as Follow; ŷ= 1.073+0.589 for vision, and +0.161 for integrity. The administrator servant leadership factors of Private Nursing Collage’s that effecting to the effectiveness of nursing education management were vision and humility which had the multiple Correlation Coefficient of  0.707 and the predictive Confident of 50.1% at .05 significant levels.
The equation of correlation was ŷ=1.813+0.4 for vision, and +0.175 for humility.
