สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพควบคุมการติดเชื้อประจำหอผู้ป่วย

Abstract

      การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงพรรณนา มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพควบคุมการติดเชื้อประจำหอผู้ป่วย โดยใช้เทคนิคเดลฟาย ผู้ให้ข้อมูล คือ ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อในโรงพยาบาล จำนวน 19 คน ที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงพยาบาลมหาวิทยาลัยโรงพยาบาลศูนย์ โรงพยาบาลทั่วไป และโรงพยาบาลชุมชน ได้จากการเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจงเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจำนวน 3 รอบ เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามปลายเปิด และแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการคำนวณหาค่ามัธยฐานและค่าพิสัยระหว่างควอไทล์
      ผลการวิจัยพบว่า สมรรถนะพยาบาลวิชาชีพควบคุมการติดเชื้อประจำหอผู้ป่วย ประกอบด้วยสมรรถนะ 2 ด้าน
      1) สมรรถนะด้านการป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อ ประกอบด้วย 18 สมรรถนะย่อย ได้แก่ มาตรการควบคุมการแพร่กระจายเชื้อ ควบคุม กำกับบุคลากรให้ปฏิบัติตามมาตรการป้องกันและควบคุมการติดเชื้อ เป็นต้น
      2) สมรรถนะด้านการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ ประกอบด้วย 13 สมรรถนะย่อย ได้แก่ การวินิจฉัยการติดเชื้อ การบันทึกการเฝ้าระวังการติดเชื้อ เป็นต้น
      ผลการวิจัยนี้สามารถนำไปพัฒนา และเพิ่มความรู้ ทักษะ และความสามารถของพยาบาลวิชาชีพควบคุมการติดเชื้อประจำหอผู้ป่วย

Competency of Infectious Control Ward Nurse.

Abstract

      The purpose of this descriptive research was to study competency of infectious control ward nurse. Delphi technique was used in this study. The key informants consisted of 19 experts infection prevention and control in hospital worker in university hospitals, regional hospitals, general hospitals and community hospitals by a purposive sampling technique. The instruments were open ended questionnaires and five point-rating scale questionnaires .The data were collected three times and carried out by using questionnaire. The data gained were statistically analyzed by means of median and interquartile range.
      The results showed that the competency of infectious control ward nurse included 2 competencies as follow:
      1) There were 18 items of Prevention and control of infection such as standard precaution, personnel monitoring for prevention and control of infection etc.
      2) There were 13 items of Infection Surveillance such as diagnosis of nosocomial infection, recording surveillance etc.
      The results used to develop and improve knowledge, skills and abilities of infection control ward nurse.
